Description of the Sanibel Island vacation condo rental
This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has been completely remodeled. It has a lovely view of the Gulf from the kitchen, dining room, living room and wrap around screened in lanai. The condo has all new ceramic flooring throughout the living areas. The kitchen and laundry room have maple cabinets, granite counters and new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped. We recently have added a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. The living room has a leather couch and loveseat with a flat screen TV, dvd player and blue tooth speaker. The master bedroom includes white washed furniture, a flat screen TV, a dvd player, a king size bed and sliding doors that open to the lanai. The master suite also has a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom consists of twin beds, white wicker furniture and has a flat screen TV. There is a separate full size laundry room right off the kitchen. Both bathrooms have been remodeled with new maple vanities with granite tops, new mirror medicine cabinets, lighting and toilets. Both bathrooms have newly tiled walk-in double showers. The condo is on the second floor with the ground floor being the covered assigned parking places. We also have wifi throughout the complex. Owner provides key to storage locker for the use of beach chairs, sun umbrellas, rafts, sand toys and shelling equipment.
Area Information
Our gulf front unit hovers the Gulf of Mexico and the Sanibel Beach known for its shelling. Island Beach Club is beautifully landscaped and includes a large heated pool redone in pavers brick and new patio furniture. Guest may use the covered parking in assigned places on the ground floor under the units. The complex has shuffleboards and also gas barbeque grills for the use of our guests. Island Beach Club is located right on the bike path on West Gulf and walking distance (1 Mile) to grocery shopping at Bailey's. Casa Ybel resort is located next door and it offers great lunches at the pool bar and elegant dinners.

Deposits: Usually half of rate required upon booking. Full payment 30 days before check-in. I also take payment through Chase quick pay. Chase quick pay uses the clearXchange network and includes JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Capital One, First Bank and Wells Fargo. Funds move with email contact only through the banks. Seasonal rentals are Saturday to Saturday. There is flexibility May through November.

Other Fees: $125 for a weekly clean. $300 separate check for security deposit at final payment. Check is returned uncashed after you mail the key back to owner and condo is cleaned/inspected the day of departure.

Condo 210C was ideal for our family...an energetic, curious 23 month old, 2 parents and 2 grands. Conveniently located close to grocery stores, playgrounds, beach, kiddie and adult pools, bike rentals, ice cream shops, take-out food options, the Island Beach Club and 210C, specifically, offered everything we needed and wanted for a delightful week-long stay. The accommodations are comfortable, casual and attractively detailed for beach and water. We enjoyed the immediate access to pools and beach/ocean from early mornings to sunsets. The grounds are well maintained, with friendly staff and neighbors/guests. And the condo is fully stocked for guests with well-appointed kitchen and baths. The 5 of us especially enjoyed dining on the screened porch and the inviting ocean.and beach views. We highly recommend the Sagat's hospitality and accommodations.

This condo is very clean, comfortable and very close to the beach! My 5 yr old son was so excited to see all the games and toys in the condo and all the beach toys in the shed. It was wonderful to have access to everything in the shed, especially the cart to carry everything to the beach! The condo is stocked with everything that you would need during your stay including a full size washer and dryer. The complex is well maintained and in a great location - close to restaurants and shopping. Danette was very responsive.

We chose this rental because it had an elevator. The condo was fabulous! Very clean, well stocked with extra linen and kitchen items. Nice Beach view and a big porch. The whole condo property is well maintained. We will look at being there again next year. The owners have a very complete WELCOME letter. There is storage on the first floor where you park your car so you can leave your beach chairs, etc below in a locked area. I didn't hear my neighbors; very quiet and peaceful. And the price is great too!

Our family stayed in 210C during Spring Break. We loved it! Every single kitchen supply we needed was at our finger tips. And the supply shed located under covered parking had every single beach need you could ask for. The property was beautiful, just a few steps away from the beach and the pool (with an outdoor shower) was clean and inviting. I almost didn't write this review because I want to keep this condo a secret :)! Danette was great to work with, responsive and gave us lots of suggestions of fun family activities. Thank you for providing such a wonderful space in Sanibel!
