Centrally located and a 5 minutes drive to either the upper or lower Villages of Montecito both with unique restaurants and chic shopping, Butterfly beach and the Four Season Hotel and Spa, and the Coral Casino. The SB Zoo, downtown Santa Barbara and harbor are all within a 10 minute or less drive.

Area Information
