This is a very clean , organized and comfortable place to stay and the hosts are wonderful and friendly people. I really appreciate them for being so kind to us. We enjoyed our stay there . The Wi-Fi was great but it would be better if there was a TV too.
Dear Mandy:We loved staying at your house. We felt right at home and had room to spread out. The backyard is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting out there with the views of the mountains. Even the neighbors were friendly when we took walks. It was nice having the WiFi so as to keep up with e-mails and other diversions. We feel like your house gave us a chance to relax and discover Santa Barbara and we look forward to a chance to return. Thanks again. Anne.
Hi Mandy, I really enjoyed my stay - it felt just like my home. Whatever I needed was available in your house. Your home is close to all the stores I normally shop (Ralphs, Trader Joe's and ..) - perfect location. It was very quiet and clean - best for my daughter's recovery after her surgery. PS. Your rooms were also larger than what the picture show.
We really enjoyed staying in your home. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Great location and safe neighborhood. Conveniently close to everything our family wanted to do. We would definitely recommend it to our friends and family. We really appreciated Mandy and her husband's hospitality and assistance. Thanks for helping make this such a memorable vacation!
Excellent. We had a very enjoyable time here, everything we needed was included. Very central location and quiet. We hope this home will be available the next time we visit Santa Barbara.

Yes, it is easy access to everything. Central part of city, close to freeway, close to old downtown, close to shopping, close to beach or the old mission, and to the childrens zoo. House has a big backyard if you bring kids. Plenty of kitchen when you bring your own food to economize on some of the meals. Terrific to have washer and dryer. Photos were accurate and helpful. The house is clean and family friendly. The owner was easy to contact, quick to return calls and very helpful in working around our schedule as we were also there for business and did not have an exact departure date. She was concerned for the needs of our family and did all she could to make sure we had a good experience. If you stay more than a few days, make sure to bring some of your own supplies or buy them across the street at the CVS store, ie. t/p, soap, laundry supplies etc... Very reasonably priced, cheaper than most motels Overall, a very good stay. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Hi Mandy, I just wanted to thank you for such a great house. My brother had a beautiful wedding and we all had a great time. We all loved the house...especially the backyard.
We have stayed at the Calle Crespis house twice in the past year, both times for family events in Santa Barbara. The location has worked out extremely well for our needs. The house is clean, well-maintained, and has all the features we needed. The back yard is a good size for outdoor activities. The location is convenient for quickly getting to shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Mandy Schuldt, the owner, has been very pleasant and helpful every time we contacted her. For the area, the rent is quite reasonable, and we definitely would try to use this place again for another visit to Santa Barbara.
[Girls Weekend] Hi Mandy, Thanks for the weekend. We had a great time.
My family and I absolutely fell in love with the house and plan on staying there every year. We have 2 little boys that had a great time and felt like they never left home. I love that it has everything you will need for a family. I definitely over packed. There was even a highchair for the baby. I recommend it for everyone especially if you have children.

Used this property to host family visiting SB - was perfect - enough room for a 3-4 people, central location, and clean
"Mandy, Thank you very much for a lovely visit to Santa Barbara! We loved the spaciousness of the house and yard, the fully equipped kitchen, and the location - upper State Street is close to downtown and the University, with Trader Joes only blocks away, which was great for us. It was beautifully clean and the beds were very comfortable. We will be back!"
The East Calle Crespis house is very conveniently located to everything in Santa Barbara. Downtown State Street is easily accessed as well as the shopping plazas on the other end of State Street. It is possible to walk to both CVS and Trader Joe's which was very helpful. The house is uncluttered and a great base for day travel. The beds looked new and were comfortable. We hope to return again next year.
Hi Mandy, Everything is great and we are very happy with the house. We had a great stay in Santa Barbara, and we enjoyed your house very much. Thanks a lot!
