Description of the Santa Barbara vacation home rental
This West Beach Bungalow is close to the beach, harbor, State St. the Funk Zone, Santa Barbara City College and downtown. It is completely furnished and has everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Santa Barbara.

We have some bikes, a kayak and some other toys you might be able to use while staying in this West Beach Bungalow.

We are asking $225 per night for the house because the house is old and NOT in pristine condition. We've been working to fix it up a bit and I am sure the house will be in nicer condition a couple months from now.

The next two weekends in October are booked. I would really like to book a few nights during the week in October and will take you and your guest for a sunset cruise on Matthews antique yacht for free if you book during the week in October.

The main reasons you would prefer this house over another is because it is a very close walk to the beach and it is cheaper than the rest. There are many restaurants and markets close by. Everything you will need is within walking distance and we have some bicycles you can use.

You will be renting the house and the front yard. The driveway is not included but you can pay more to use the driveway if you need it. The garage is not included. The residence in the backyard is not included. The backyard is not included but you can go back there if you want.

This property does get quite a few bookings, so if you think it is a good place for you contact me as soon as possible, so that someone else doesn't book your desired dates.

Hope we can help you enjoy your stay in Santa Barbara and we really look forward to hearing from you.

Best Wishes!
Sincerely, Boat Rat Matt

Area Information
West Beach edges up to the harbor and obviously Santa Barbara's beautiful beach to the south. State Street and the Funk Zone are happening areas which are just a few steps to the East. Santa Barbara City College is a few steps to the West, and the train station is on the north side of Mission Creak which runs through the back yard.

This is a very convenient location. Everything you will need is within walking distance.
