Welcome to the Main Beach, Boardwalk, Wharf and Downtown, with a short walk to the Cliffs and Steamer Lane. This old-style home is a short walk to all!

With 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, large eating area with kitchen, living room and a washer and dryer, the house is well-suited for your beach stay. The yard has an outdoor patio will barbecue, table and chairs. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided. Included are 2 televisions with DirectTV. Wireless internet is also included.

Growing up in this area in the 60's was a dream come true! Going to the beach was our hobby! This is a comfortable and affordable vacation family home.

Area Information
The area surrounding the home consists of other rental units. You will have access to two parking places. You are on a small hill and will have a very short walk to Cowell's Beach or the Main Beach. The Boardwalk and the Santa Cruz Municipal Wharf are a very short walk. World famous Steamer's Lane is a walk off the hill and onto West Cliff Drive. The Downtown is also a short walk to many eateries.

If you require cleaning during your stay, there is an additional charge. Please conserve water due to the water crisis in California.

Only .2 miles to the wharf, .2 miles to Main beach and Cowell's, .4 miles to the Boardwalk and 1 mile scenic walk on West Cliff drive Steamers Lane.
