This brand new charming east side home is a rare find. Located in the middle of 3 private gated acres yet incredibly close to everything. You won’t hear your neighbors…only the birds, the cathedral bells or an occasional coyote song. You’ll feel worlds away on one of two relaxing porches, one north facing and one south depending on the season, surrounded by trees, native grasses and wild flowers. When you’re done relaxing you can walk the mere 10 minutes to Canyon Rd to visit world class restaurants or galleries.

This light and bright property has a contemporary vibe with high end finishes, light floors, beam ceilings and kiva fireplace. The living area is intimately arranged around the fireplace with a comfortable sofa and chairs. A desk is conveniently located in the corner of the living room to set up your laptop or IPad.

The kitchen is well designed with stainless steel appliances, gas stove top and necessities.
