At the front of this home, below the guest house, there is street parking available for up to 2 cars.

LIVING & DINING ROOM

With lots of natural light and views to the ocean and surrounding hills, this living space has a zen-like feel. The architecture of the home is Mid-Century post and beam, so offers lovely, high ceiling, as well as walls of windows and glass doors. The room comprises a corner sofa in cream, a coffee table and photographic artwork on the walls. There is also a television opposite.

By the doors out to the terrace, there is a dining table and chairs, perfect for enjoying sunsets with family and friends.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is open-plan from the living area and is contemporary in style- with white fittings throughout. It includes all the amenities you will need during your stay, including a coffee machine.

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom includes a King-size bed, with a very comfortable memory foam mattress, complete with bedside tables either side. Opposite the bed, there are industrial style closets, a Charles Eames rocking chair, a television and a modern baby doll house in case you have little one.

This room also enjoys views to the ocean and surrounding hills.

BATHROOM

The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, basin and WC, all in sleek white tiling.

SECOND BATHROOM

This bathroom includes a bath, overhead shower, WC and basin, all in sleek white tiling.

SECOND BEDROOM

The second bedroom is ideal for a child- with a single bed, a bookcase and a pink desk with accompanying chair and build in closets.

The bed has a supreme memory foam mattress, big enough and comfortable for an adult.

THIRD BEDROOM

Similarly to the second bedroom, this room comprises a single bed and a desk with chair. The bed has a supreme memory foam mattress, big enough and comfortable for an adult. From the window, you can enjoy the amazing views to ocean and the surrounding hills.

GUEST HOUSE

With steps up to the entrance, the guest house has a wrap-around balcony, which enjoys from the incredible views of the over the ocean and surrounding hills, as well as the park next door.

Inside, there is a bedroom with a Queen size bed, as well as a sofa. This space also has a kitchenette, with a hob. A big desk with chair, and an art library makes a perfect office if in need of a quiet workspace during your stay.

EN SUITE

The guest house en suite bathroom includes a shower, WC and basin.

GARDEN

The garden benefits from the fabulous views of the ocean and surrounding hills. There is a terrace situated between the main house and the guest house, and a second terrace with barbecue in-front of the guest house. . A lily pond with a little fountain completes the zen-like experience. Around the garden, stretching down the hill, there are terraces with fruit orchards including orange, lemon and avocado trees.

No smoking, pets or parties! This is a strict non-smoking zone, as it is forbidden in and around the home, as well as the park next door.

A security deposit of GBP 500 will be pre-authorised by Veeve from your credit/debit card 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be released after departure, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
