***First Floor: Living room with gas fireplace; 70" 1080p HD TV, Blue Ray player, Full Kitchen with everything you need (it’s just a little small); 3rd bedroom and bathroom (this 3rd bathroom has a toilet and sink only, no shower); outdoor patio area with teak patio set and BBQ grill; Dining area with seating for 4-6; baby high chair and a pull out queen couch for added sleeping.

***2nd Floor: 2 huge bedrooms with TV's and very large closets, 2 full bathrooms; a small baby room converted from a large walk-in closet with a real wooden crib located in the master bedroom.

***Sleeping arrangement (sleep 6-8):
1 Cal king (72 wide x 82 long) in the master bedroom
2 Queen size beds in the 2nd bedroom upstairs, 
1 Queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom on the first floor perfect for grandparents to avoid the stairs,
