Enjoy one of the best vacation spots in the world! The clear, emerald water and white sand like on a Caribbean island, but without the hassle of international travel.

Located along Florida's Emerald Coast, Seagrove Beach is one of the quaint little 30-A beach towns which also includes Grayton, Rosemary, Watercolor, and the famous Seaside.

Our 1BR 2nd floor condo in the Rollin Tide Villas has a large covered balcony which overlooks the nicely landscaped courtyard and pool. Built in 2002, we recently had the condo completely refurbished with new furniture and decor. It has benefited from great guests who take excellent care of it & it is in great shape. It is very clean and tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home, including a king size bed, queen sleeper-sofa, and a full kitchen. Our east facing balcony enjoys cheerful morning sun and comfortable afternoon shade.

Our condo is only a 200 yard walk to the beach. Have a lot to carry? We've made it easier with back-pack beach chairs and a beach cart that we keep for you in the condo. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off the sand before returning to your beach retreat.

17 miles of paved bikeways are conveniently located just outside your door. Walk, jog, or bike to nearby Seaside village (1 mile) and other local attractions.

Besides the white sugar sand beach and warm Gulf waters, the Emerald Coast is home to great fishing, golf and restaurants. Cafe 30-A and Angelina's Restaurant are only a block away from this condo.

Seagrove Beach is one of the 16 "Beaches of South Walton". South Walton beaches are known for their natural scenic beauty, emerald water, and sugar-white sand - that squeaks when you walk on it! This area features rare coastal dune lakes, with unique habitats, that are found only here and in Africa. These communities have been featured in Travel & Leisure, Conde-Nast Traveler, and more.

Hwy 30-A runs though the 16 South Walton Beach Villages. Here's more on Seagrove beach from the 30a site:

Families have been making annual pilgrimage to Seagrove Beach's soothing shores since the 1940s, and the children, grandchildren and great grandchildren of those early pioneers still return to relax in some of the very same cinder-block cottages of their youth.

That could be because, when you're in Seagrove Beach, you're arguably "in the middle of it all." Seaside, WaterColor and Grayton are just a mile or two to the west, while the newer planned communities of WaterSound, Seacrest, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are just a few miles east.

Seagrove Village Market Cafe is a true South Walton institution, serving "Deep Fried Love" since 1949. Over the decades, this ultra-casual café and convenience store has been featured in Travel & Leisure, Southern Living, Coastal Living and countless other publications. In fact, Seagrove Village Market Café's Grouper Sandwich was once named one of the "100 Things You Must Eat Before You Die" by Garden & Gun magazine. Next door, with its South Beachy landmark-style facade and a high-profile crossroads locale, V Restaurant promises to eventually become Seagrove's official "town center."

Down 30A to the east, the award-winning Café Thirty-A is a consistent crowd pleaser, and it's open 7 days a week. The atmosphere is casual and yet sophisticated. No matter how much your appetite begs for mercy, the banana beignets are a must. 723 Whiskey Bravo's Gulf-view deck has also become a new hot spot for sunset cocktails. A little further to the east, you'll cross Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, two of South Walton's rare coastal dune lakes. Deer Lake State Park consists of 1,920 acres and eleven distinct natural habitats. The main boardwalk spans stunning and pristine dunes before opening onto a less-traveled section of secluded Gulf beaches. Deer Lake State Park boasts a variety of rare plants including spoon flowers, golden asters and the Gulf coast lupine, among others. The nearby Eastern Lake system features a "Bike / Hike Trail" with 3.5, 6 and 10-mile trail loops.
