Area Information
Sapphire Valley is a perfect getaway. The natural beauty of the area makes it an ideal place to relax. Being right in the middle of a resort also offers a lot of benefits. There's always something to do. But location isn't everything. We also chose this particular townhouse because of the architectural details, particularly the amazing windows that bring the outside in and fill the home with natural light.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION was part of our reason for choosing our townhouse. Its convenient to everything without any throughway traffic. Park your car and enjoy the short walk to pools, playground and other amenities. The other reason we chose it was the light, soaring ceilings and openness of the place. It is unlike most condos in the area, which are dark during the day, requiring lights to be constantly on. This condo is also larger than most two bedroom units (approx 1400 sq ft.) so guests can feel cozy without being cramped.
A 10 to 15 minute drive takes you to the popular Whiteside Mountain hiking trail with breathtaking views of distant mountain ranges. Other hiking trails and waterfalls are within a 15 minute drive. Boutique shopping, restaurants and art galleries are only 3 miles away in Cashiers. The grocery store is less than two miles away.

Heavenly Experience

August 18, 2016

What a heavenly retreat for my hubby's birthday getaway from the Florida heat! This was a last minute booking, and it was exactly what I dreamed of...beautifully furnished with a lovely decor and linens, towels, china, pillows, and just everything we could want or need for our mountain escape. The bed was so comfortable. The recliners great for reading on a rainy day. The very secluded spacious decks were for wonderful for chilling out. And, the location is so close to Mica's for lunch or dinner when we wanted a little escape from my home cooking in the very well equipped kitchen. The Tree House was our first rental in Cashiers since we sold our second home there several years ago. We felt so comfortable and at home in the Tree House, and Robert was a delight to deal with. Our Labradoodle, Lola, loved every minute she spent in the mountain coolness. We invited our Atlanta friends up for a couple of days, and they could not believe how spacious and comfortable the home was. The three full bathrooms ( one in each bedroom and one off the living room) are a big Plus! We have returned to Florida and will be planning our return trip before too long.

Owner Supplied Testimonials

We had no idea what River Run was other than it was close to where my in-laws live. When we arrived, the townhouse was very clean and comfortable. We had a chance to speak to the owners and they are lovely people. They truly cared about our stay and were very gracious. I would recommend this rental to anyone that wants to take advantage of the Sapphire Valley Master Association amenities.

The Tree House is light and airy. Very clean and modern. Wake up to sunlight filtering through the trees Pillows comfortable and king bed very comfortable.

We stayed at this home to attend a wedding and could not have asked for a better place! The location was private, yet close to everything. The home is beautifully decorated, is very spacious and has private decks. The amenities were great as well. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and the check-in was seamless! We will definitely be back - for a longer stay next time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tree House in River Run. The house was just adorable and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The home is set back among beautiful trees with a nice green space. The location to the community center, golf and playground was within walking distance and so convenient for our family. The owners are so friendly, helpful and gracious. We highly recommend renting their home and look forward to another stay next summer.
