We just returned from "Camp Deeerwood" yesterday and the granddaughters are asking if we can return next year. Due to our daughters wedding at Paul Smith's we had a somewhat unconventional rental schedule. Paula (owner) was very accommodating and worked with us on our schedule and made sure that our cabin was ready for us upon our arrival. You could not ask for a more well stocked kitchen and the amount of supplies available to us was spot on! And you could not ask for a more relaxing location.
“Can't We Just Move In?”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Lake Clear this past week. Suffice it to say that we are (already)looking forward to another visit next summer. The parents enjoyed staying outdoors 90% of the time, and the children even ventured into the great wild North! This camp offers all of the ammenities of home, with the added bonuses of peace, serenity, and a pristine lake in your back yard. Paula's camp is clean and well-maintained; one can tell that she wants her guests to be comfortable and to enjoy the gifts of the Adirondacks.
