“Best vacation home”

Reviewed 9 May 2016

I have been traveling for a long time and stayed in many Hotels but there is nothing like staying in this home. The owner Jaye has made this place so much like home. There was every possible amenity you could think of. She did not leave any stone unturned. The home was just so comfortable and charming. W e will be definitely staying there again in the furture. One more thing there is a pool attached to the home and it was so clean and refreshing. Enclosed with patio furniture to sit outside during the day and at night.

Owner's reply: Thank you for keeping the place in such great condition and so clean! I really appreciate it! You are welcome back any time!

“Exquisite and unforgettable”

Reviewed 18 Aug 2015

My family and I absolutely had a wonderful time. The house was not only furnished with all the necessary things but had all the cutest taste in linens and furniture. The owner was so thoughtful that she had coffee and chocolate complimentary. We loved how roomy, cozy and comfortable was the house and the pool was awesome and well kept. It definitely provided privacy for my husband and I with lots of space. The beaches are near by with one being ranked #1 in the nation (Siesta Key). It certainly recommend this lovely house and look forward to our next vacation there.

Owner's reply: Thank you so much, Jannet We are so happy you enjoyed your stay! You are always welcome back! Jaye

As the Carlsberg ad says, probably the best inn the world. Excellent home from home, have stayed in Bradenton 8 times in last 3 years and this is by far the best property we have had pleasure to rent. Thanks so much. Phil and family

“Great location, welcoming hosts”

The location of this property is perfectly placed on the border of Sarasota and Bradenton. The owners are very welcoming and the décor has a beach cottage theme. The extras provided in the home were much appreciated.

“December Paradise”

Reviewed 14 Jan 2013

The house was in a very convenient area. It was very close to the interstate. There was shopping in every direction & close. The house was a perfect size. It was equipped with mostly anything you would need. It had a screened lanai & beyond a screened swimming pool. The owners seemed to contemplate every need. They left information about everything wifi, trash collection, shopping, theatres, & much more. They, also added nice little touches, like notes & chocolate mints. All in all, it was a very nice experience. My only wish was that I would have had more time there. I came home to six inches of snow. I would definitely rent it again.

Owner's reply: Thank you, Ceil Happy you enjoyed your stay! You are welcome back anytime... Jaye

We have rented many villas over the years but this one stands out above the rest, mostly due to the extra care and attention given to every detail by the owner! It was quiet, very clean and the entire experience could not have been smoother. Thanks again for a fantastic vacation!

Owner's reply: Thank you Debbie! We are happy you enjoyed your stay! Thanks for positive the feedback... Jaye
