The "Parlor Suite" offers some 1500 square feet of inside living area with 14-foot ceilings, Living room, 2 bedrooms, gourment kitchen/dining, 1 & 1/2 baths, heart pine flooring, and designer styling. TV room/den with fold-out couch that sleeps one (or two, if they're friendly).

Outside is a 45-foot side-piazza (porch) with wicker furniture, overlooking a koi pond (relax with morning coffee, evening drinks, or just a good book). This beautiful pond was featured in "The South Magazine."

Conveniently located two blocks from Forsyth Park, this Suite was designer-decorated.

There are one and a half baths with ample towels and bath blankets. Beach towels provided.
