Caribbean Breeze is a newly furnished and decorated 8 bedroom, Gulf view home that comfortably sleeps 26. This house has 7 adult bedrooms, 1 kids bunk bedroom, 2 fully-equipped kitchens and two large living rooms. The first floor of the house makes the perfect sanctuary for older parents and grandparents who may want to retreat to their own living space for some peaceful time away from the activities of a large family vacation. Located just outside of Seagrove in Seacrest Beach, Florida, it is convenient to the 30-A bike path, shops, and special activities as well as restaurants at Rosemary Beach, Camp Creek Lake, and Seaside. The sheer spaciousness and privacy in this home combine to make Caribbean Breeze a much sought after beach home by large families for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

Enjoy the wonderful Gulf views from third floor covered porches and living areas. There are bedrooms on all floors (4 kings, 2 queens, 1 full, 2 twin/twin/trundle bunks), a living room on the first floor (1 queen sleeper sofa), and a large 14 foot by 26 foot living room on the second floor (1 queen sleeper sofa). The house was perfect, great location if you want to enjoy the beach without lots of people, beach was across the street. Pool and basketball court was great for the kids the house made our trip and after going out to enjoy Panama the kids always had things to entertain them at the house, can't wait to go back!

Owner Supplied Testimonials

This is our 3rd year to stay in this home in January and February. We love the area and it is the perfect place to escape the Ohio winter. This home has a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable furnishings. Great size to accommodate large families but also give privacy if needed. Convenient beach access just steps away and miles of walking/biking paths right outside the door. Brian and Barb are so easy to work with and very accessible if there are any questions or concerns. They also have lots of great suggestions on things to see and do in the area.

We stayed in this beautiful house just a few short steps from the Beach and were thrilled with the decor and size of the rooms. The Master Bedroom was perfect for us, and the rest of the house was taken up by my 3 adult kids and 5 grandkids. The main living area was well appointed and was a great size for all of us. All the amenities were available, including the great private pool! We'll definitely stay there again, and can't wait!

My Husband and I brought our children, their spouses , our grandchildren, my Mom , my sister and my niece for spring break this year and we had an absolute fabulous time. This is our second year renting this home and it has been the best, by far, after over 10 years of vacationing in Florida. This house is equipped with everything we need, no need to leave until check out. The pool is amazing and the walk to the beach is doable for everyone from the 2 year old to the 75 year old (sorry Mom).

We have stayed in the Caribbean Breeze for two spring breaks now. The kitchen had everything we needed. Didn't have to bring any thing from our house. The house was definitely big enough for our large family. We all loved the fact that the beach was literally across the street. It's a perfect location. The pool is always a favorite with the nieces and nephews, especially for the babies with it being heated. Even on the rainy days the house was equipped with board games to play and Netflix to watch. I'd recommend this place to anyone who was looking to go to Florida with a big family or multiple families. You won't be disappointed! -thanks for yet another AWESOME spring break away from Indiana!!

We had a great Spring Break at the Caribbean Breeze. The house was the perfect size for us, we had 5 moms, 5 teenage boys and 3 pre-teen girls in our group. The cleaning crew had the house clean and ready for us when we were ready to check-in. The beach access was directly across the street from the house and was a very easy walk. Our kids went back and forth all day between the ocean and the heated pool. The house has two kitchens which worked great for us because we had so much food (teenagers eat SO much). This was the first time we have stayed in Seacrest and we really enjoyed the nice quiet beach-- a big difference from the beaches closer to Seaside that can get so crowded. We biked to Seagrove, Seaside and Rosemary almost everyday for shopping and restaurants.
I saw the review of the person who stayed the week before we did and I'm very confused how her stay could differ from ours so much except maybe she was frustrated that it rained everyday that week. The pool worked great while we were there and the kids loved it, even our teenagers who don't love anything. The washer/dryer and air conditioner worked fine and so did the dishwasher. The WiFi was strong which is a tough task with 5 teenage boys on instagram, snap-chatting, and tweeting constantly. The large driveway was useful and the basketball goal was a nice extra for the kids.
*The listing description was accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities.
*The property was clean and well-maintained.
*The owner provided great customer service.
*I would recommend this property to friends and relatives.
Area Information:
The Hub is close by and a great hangout place, food is just so so but it's a great place for a drink or watching a sporting event.
Steamboat Grill was GREAT and a nice little secret.
Goatfeathers for fresh seafood to cook or get the steamed shrimp for an easy dinner.
Bruno's Pizza
Bayou Bills is a pretty good beach restaurant, but go early.
Shrimp Shack in Seaside is the best for oysters and bloodys.
White Sands Beach Rental for bikes and chair set-ups.

We had such a great trip and wish we were still there! This house was perfect for us! Bedrooms on each floor made it easy to get everyone in a room appropriate for them whether it was a couple with babies or our 87 year old grandmother! House is moderately decorated, had a well stocked kitchen, lots of fun beach toys, great size pool when we wanted a little dip for the toddlers who are too small for ocean waves. And talk about location!!!! The absolute best thing about this house is how close it is to the beach! The boardwalk is just out the front gate and across the street. We walked back and forth to fix lunch, put kids down for naps, or just to get all our stuff down to the beach! Seriously wish we were still there!

Our family had such a great time at your home. All the bedrooms worked perfect for our large family. The teenage kids had a ball playing volley ball in the pool. The large driveway made it perfect for our family to play Corn Hole games off the back side of house. The walk to the beach was very easy and the beach was beautiful! Being so close to the beach house made getting a quick bite to eat very easy for everyone each day. We enjoyed cooking there the kitchen had everything we needed. The family already asked the last day we were there if we could return again next year! Thank you all so much for making our family vacation so nice!!
