Description of the Seagrove Beach vacation home rental
Our updated bungalow is poolside and only a five-minute walk to the beach. The pool, kiddie pool and hot tub are right outside the door. The beach has super-fine white sand and emerald-colored water that is great for swimming.

This private two-story cottage provides everything you need including a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, half-bath with washer/dryer, and a breakfast bar. The living room features a 42 inch LED TV with a blue ray DVD player. There is a new queen sleeper sofa and a new twin sleeper sofa. The two bedrooms upstairs have access to the full-length balcony. The master shower was just newly tiled and the master bedroom has a radio, 32inch flat screen TV and a blue ray DVD player. The guest room has two twin beds, a 19 inch TV, DVD player and a bathroom with a tub/shower. High-speed wi-fi and cable are also included.

There are plenty of great restaurants, shops, and activities within the Seagrove area. This small community is perfect place for fun, relaxation and time with the family!

**We only rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) from May through August. We are unable to show a calendar at this time. Please note we are already booked May 21st through July 30th.**

Area Information
County Road 30A. This is the road that runs nearest the coast between Rosemary Beach, Florida and Sandestin. There are some small beach communities that are nice places for a beach vacation, like Seagrove Beach.

Families have been making the pilgrimage to Seagrove Beach’s soothing shores since the 1940s, and the children, grandchildren and great grandchildren of those early pioneers still return to relax in some of the very same cinder-block cottages of their youth.

That could be because, when you’re in Seagrove Beach, you’re arguably “in the middle of it all.” Seaside, WaterColor and Grayton are just a mile or two to the west, while the newer planned communities of WaterSound, Seacrest, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are just a few miles east.

Not that you need to go anywhere, of course, as Seagrove is home to a wonderfully diverse assortment of restaurants, shops and other local businesses, all of which just a short stroll or bike ride away. Most homes in Seagrove are either tucked away beneath stately oak trees or overlook the Gulf of Mexico.
