Description from owner
Are you ready to relax and enjoy a taste of old Florida? We invite you to linger over your morning coffee as you greet the day from the swing in the front yard gazebo overlooking the sugar white sands and sparkling emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico.
When you reach Seagrove Beach, you will turn off Highway 30-A onto the oyster shell paved road that is the cul-de-sac containing “Beach Blessings”. This beach-front home with private beach access allows you the opportunity to experience a get-away reminiscent of yesteryear- the beauty of the seashore in a less-crowded setting. Located two miles from busy Seaside, it is close enough to allow you to easily access the activities, shopping and dining opportunities offered there, but far enough away to allow you to exhale, unwind, relax and de-stress. You will smile to yourself, knowing that when you are ready to walk to the beach, you won’t have to walk across blazing asphalt lugging piles of beach paraphernalia. Nor will you have to fight for a spot on the beach. You will be mere steps away. You will have arrived!

“If I Won the Lotto - I would buy this house”
Starstruck over this property. It's no doubt why it's called Beach Blessing - it truly is a blessing to have a home like that on the beach there at Seaside. Your home is beautiful in every way. From the moment we walked in the front door, it felt like home. I told my family that we needed to be careful about where we placed our items because it felt so much like home that we were subject to leave half of our stuff there! Love the tile floors, the spaciousness of the home, especially loved that gazebo swing, and the chairs out back. The beach was AMAZING!!! and that view- OH THAT VIEW!!! We have stayed in a number of beach homes and this BY FAR has the prettiest view OF ALL and I think was the nicest beach home that we've ever stayed in. We stayed in a 4 story once at Cape San Blas - that was top shelf....yet for reasons mentioned above still didn't compare to what you have to offer. Yours is the total package. If I won the lottery and could pick a beach home to be mine - it would be Beach Blessing...
“Simple but nice”
Great location close to great dining and other shops. Awesome view from the high bluffs of Seagrove. Roomy. Could use better patio furniture. Take your own beach chairs and set them out early as those from other condos, etc will set up in your space. Older Seagrove home but well maintained. Stayed in this house several times.
Owner's reply: Hope to be able to purchase new patio furniture soon. However, the gazebo with swing and bench overlooking the beach are just steps away from the patio.
Owner Supplied Testimonials
My family purchased this beach house when I was in middle school. We would come down from Birmingham, Alabama for Spring Break and for at least one week in the summer every year. The other weeks in the summer we would rent out the house, and often the same families would rent it year after year. Back then, there were no neighboring villages or any nightlife unless you drove to Panama City Beach or to Destin. It was rather remote and quiet- a perfect place to enjoy the beauty of nature. As the area has grown, we have enjoyed the amenities, but still cherish how the cottage allows us to escape from the busyness of life. My parents are now older, and they have asked me to take over renting out our cottage, but they are still involved in communicating with guests. We hope you love our little piece of old Florida as much as we do, and that it allows you to truly relax.
