The Beaches of South Walton are located on the Florida Panhandle. It is a world of natural beauty unlike any other - a special place that includes Seagrove Beach, Seaside, WaterColor, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach. This section of beaches stretches along a road called Scenic Highway 30A. It is an area where nature's treasures still remain unspoiled.

The majority of land is dedicated to state parks and forests. In addition to the fabulous beaches, there are miles of terrific biking and hiking trails, great golf courses nearby, and numerous opportunities for amusement, shopping and nightlife.

The community of Seagrove Beach is located midway between Destin and Panama City, in the heart of the Emerald Coast and Beaches of South Walton County. The area, was made famous when "The Truman Show" was filmed in Seaside (movie name Sea Haven). It represents a vacation paradise... from the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of top rated beaches ... to the woods and marshlands where endangered plants, animals, and exotic birds thrive. Deposits: A reservation deposit equal to 50 percent of the total rental fee, excluding sales tax, is required within 5 days of booking in order to confirm your reservation. Payment of reservation deposit can be made by bank money order, cashier's check, personal check (paid at least 30 days before arrival date), Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. At check-in, your reservation deposit will be applied towards your rental balance. There will be a nonrefundable reservation fee added to all reservations at the time the reservation is made. A damage deposit of $100-$1,000 will be required at check-in. All units are inventoried and inspected before and after each occupancy. Your damage deposit is fully refundable within 30 days of departure providing: a) No damage was done to the unit or its contents (linens included) beyond normal wear and tear. b) All debris, garbage, and discards were placed outside in proper containers. c) Soiled dishes were placed in dishwasher and cleaned. d) Unit was left in a neat condition and furniture was not rearranged (a min. $75 charge if extra cleaning is required). e) No items were missing from the unit; all windows/doors were closed and locked. f) All keys were returned to the office (a $50 cash fee for each unreturned key and a $50 cash fee for any after-hours lock-out). g) There were no violations of the rental policy. h) All charges accrued during your stay were paid prior to departure.

Other Fees: If expenses are incurred to repair damage, replace missing items, pay for extra cleaning, or any other violations of the rental policy as a result of your stay, we reserve the right to apply the damage deposit to offset expenses and a minimum administration fee of $50.
