Description of the Seagrove Beach vacation cottage rental
Lil Magnolia is a perfect 1 BR 1 BA accommodation on Forest St in Old Seagrove. Within a short bike ride of Seaside, a short walk to the beach and close to several great restaurants including the new Seagrove Village Market Cafe just 30 seconds walk down the road, you can have a great place to stay nicely decorated near it all.

It features industrial kitchen shelves for a cool rustic feel, an all gas range, a stainless steel farmhouse sink, dishwasher and fridge with icemaker.

The bedroom features a king sized bed, Bramble furnishings and ample storage. The bath includes a Tub/Shower, double sink vanity and a full sized washer and dryer for your comfort.

The living area adjacent to the kitchen is well sized and includes a 55 inch Smart TV ready for your evening viewing.

The property can share a pool with the owner and the pool can be heated optionally. Only the owner would be on the property.

We are located at Forest St. just 200 feet west of 395. Easy to get to any day of the week any season. Just ask us and we will tell you how to avoid all the traffic even on Saturday!

Area Information
Our Area of Old Seagrove is among the first platted lots in 1945. It lies west of 395 which makes Seaside and easy walk without any traffic. Our tree lined roads remain just as they were laid out with crushed oyster shell still used in some areas.

Pleasant walks and nice locals mark our charm. Walkable to everything, including the nearby beach, our area features public beach access at Nightcap where even in season the "crowd" there is small enough that everyone can get a front row.
