This one of a kind contemporary home apartment centrally located in Ballard the best and most fun neighborhood of Seattle!!
It is a top floor 2 bdrm apartment with with 2 sleeping lofts for a total of 4 queen beds. The apartment has some views of the Seattle skyline with the space needle and Mt. Rainier in the background. The unit is centrally heated and air conditioned, it comes with one private parking space.

We are located near the corner of 24th Ave NW and NW 64th St with public transportation at this corner. There are two bus routes that stop there and will take you to downtown Seattle. You can connect to all others parts of towns including the Sea-Tac airport by transferring.

From our rental you can reach on foot the many attractions Ballard has to offer. We are less than one mile away from the Ballard downtown core and and less than half block away from a main drag 24th Ave NW.

The Ballard downtown amid its ever growing and modernizing neighborhood is full of cafes, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, etc. Cafe Besalu just five blocks from our vacation rental is my favorite french bakery in town. A block further is QFC a very nice grocery store with Starbucks, sushi bar and free underground parking. There is also Scooter's Burgers, Fitness 19 gym and several other coffee shops. On NW market St and Ballard Ave you will find a lot of independent stores and restaurants with many different international cuisines. La Carta de Oxaca, Matador, and Plaka are my favorites. My friends enviously say that our neighborhood is a foodies paradise!
