Description of the Seattle vacation apartment rental
The Maple is a classic 1928 brick 5 unit building with all hardwood floors and coved ceilings. Remodeled from top to bottom over the last two years, these completely updated apartments allow you to come to Seattle and enjoy all of the creature comforts of home while fully experiencing this incredible city. Each apartment is 800 square feet complete with a queen size bed and down comforter in the bedroom, one bathroom with a hair dryer, a dining room with seating for four, a fully stocked kitchen, a spacious living room with a pull out sleeper sofa, TV, DVD, Dish Network including HBO and Showtime, CD player, phone and wi-fi internet access. Need parking? Rent a parking space in the small lot behind the building.

Conveniently located on the Eastern bench of downtown in the heart of Capitol Hill we are nestled between Broadway, the hub of Capitol Hill's commercial district, and the neighborhood joints on Fifteenth Avenue East. There are grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries, casual eateries, fine dining, gorgeous parks, friendly pubs and lively clubs just blocks away from our front door.

Here is a sampling of what our previous guests said about The Maple:

"This place is incredible! We walked everywhere, slept great and really loved having the Dish and HBO. Your extra's far exceed what other rentals are charging more for. Thanks for keeping your rates reasonable and your apartments top notch."
Sue and Jerry, Englewood CO

"We spent a glorious week here and wish we could stay longer. Seattle is fabulous and this is the perfect location! We lived on 15th Ave and Broadway. We won't stay anywhere else upon our return to this beautiful city."
Olivia and Sean

Area Information
Stay at The Maple on Capitol Hill while you're in Seattle. A great neighborhood close to downtown. There is no state capitol on Capitol Hill despite the dreams of early Seattle leaders. However, no neighborhood in the city has a more active sidewalk scene, day or night, than Broadway, Capitol Hill's believe-it-or-not version of Main Street. And no neighborhood in the city has a more diverse population.

Educational institutions enliven this neighborhood's life, with Seattle University, Seattle Community College and Cornish College of the Arts all located here. There are movie theaters, clubs, taverns, dance steps imbedded in the sidewalk and a variety of shops from around the world.

Volunteer Park is only five blocks north of The Maple and the original home of the Seattle Art Museum, a much-beloved building now handsomely restored as the Seattle Asian Art Museum. The spacious grounds of Volunteer Park are a short walk away.
