This beautifully appointed private villa is just metres from the famous "Eat Street" Jalan Kayu Aya, Oberoi Seminyak. Contemporary designed and painted in soft modern tones, Villa Indy boasts clean modern finishes and fixtures. The villa provides guests with a tranquil retreat a perfect holiday spot for a group of friends or a couple of families.


Villa Indy is located in the heart of vibrant Seminyak - just 5mins away from the Indian Ocean and the stunning wide sandy beaches of Bali's south-west coast. Set amidst a lush garden and swimming pool, the three bedroom Villa Indy provided the perfect holiday to sit back and take in the spoils of Bali.


Entering Villa Indy, you will find your own private pool and garden. The poolside area is your very own oasi, where you can spend your time relaxing on the plush double sun lounge or comfy bean bags with a drink and a good book.

With the villa spread over two levels, continuing along the pool past the Master Suite, will lead you to the open living, dining and kitchen. Bringing a taste of contemporary British India with a touch of Hamptons to Bali. This area looks directly onto the sparkling pool.

The villa is appointed with locally crafted teak furniture, six seater bespoke dining table and rattan chairs, custom built cabinetry in kitchen and ensuites and regional sourced art works. Also located in the downstairs area is the four toilet - powder room just off living area. The carefully considered interior furnishing and styling screams luxury holiday. The downstairs area is the hub of the villa and is the perfect spot to gather for pre-dinner drinks before heading out to the nearby international restaurants and bars.


Villa Indy's beautifully fully equipped kitchen has all you will need to prepare breakfast, lunch or even dinner. Fitted with appliances such as toaster, kettle, water dispenser, microwave, medium size fridge/freezer, pots and pans, crockery and glassware. Complementary water is supplied to guest's. The villa's kitchen offers guests all the comforts of home whilst holidaying in Bali.


The Bedrooms are all air-conditioned and have their own private ensuite. Each bedroom is decorated in soft tones with modern fixtures and fittings, a wardrobe with plenty of hangers, luxurious king size beds (bedroom 2 option twins) and crisp white linen, providing each guest with equally beautiful and private sanctuary.

Q: Is the pool fenced?
A: Villa management recommend the villa to guest with children over the age of 8 years. To supply pool fencing will restrict access to rooms in villa. However fencing can be supplied at an additional cost
Q: Do you offer catering at the villa ?
A: The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, guest can choose to self-cater or enjoy the plentiful selection of cafés and fine dining restaurants, just metres from the villa’s doorstep.
Hence we DO NOT provide the following during your stay.

A: Our mission is to provide guests with a private, relaxing and enjoy holiday experience, with the exclusive use of the villa. The way in which we have gone about setting up Villa Indy, is to allow our guests to determine their own daily holiday schedule. What that means is; our staff presence at the villa is minimal. Our staff are strictly instructed to provide you with the utmost of privacy, space and freedom to enjoy your holiday. However should you need any assistance our manager is only a phone call or Text message away.

Your VOA is valid for 30 days from date of arrival. This is NOT one month, it’s 30 days. Day 1 is your date of arrival.

The duty free alcohol allowance into Bali is 1 litre of alcohol per Adult. Further alcohol outside of this allowance may be confiscated by Customs.


The unit of currency is the rupiah. Many ATM’s are available throughout the island. Credit cards are widely accepted in the bigger hotels and shops. Money changers are all over Bali but be aware, it is better to use a larger bank or authorised money changer, even if they are not offering the highest exchange rate. Some money changers have amazing ways of ripping off tourists. Ensure you count your money and have been given the right change. Due to the high denominations of the rupiah the currency can be very confusing.


The national language in Indonesia is Bahasa Indonesia, however, English is widely understood, especially in hotels and tourist areas.


The average climate in Bali is between 28 and 30 degrees throughout the year. Between November and March, the ‘wet season’ you can expect tropical showers alternating with clear skies and sunshine. Bali’s climate can be very humid all year round, for this reason it is important to ensure you wear sunscreen, a hat and drink plenty of water.


Electric power in Bali is 220 volts. Not all hotels provide adaptors so it is advisable to bring your own with a two-prong plug.
