Friends and family

10 of us from, Honolulu, anchorage, Denver, Montana, and Washington got together again for crabbing. We had a great time. the house and cabin has more than enough room for us. We caught lots of crab. The water problem from last year has been fixed. Kathy (the owner) is a very kind and gracious person. She goes out of her way to make sure we have a great stay every time we stay there. we plan on going back again in October. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone and everyone. We moored my 22 foot Grady White boat at the dock right in front of the house, that makes for easy access to Sequim bay for fishing , crabbing and boating. we are so happy we found this place, and plan to use it a lot. Thanks Roger

3-Day visit in June

June 21, 2013

The Sequim Bay view from the house & yard was terrific. The promise of Sunsets were not true. Blocked by trees. One bedroom had no door to isolate it from the hall & Living room. There was no TV in the main house (Owner said some one had stolen it prior to our visit). Plenty of room in the main house & the cottage. House & cottage were clean. I would consider renting the place again..

Well Worth The Stay

August 4, 2011

Enjoyed this home (Thank You!) for the three days we were there. (Four adults and one 8yo Grandson (and their pooch).) Comfortable, clean, everything worked as expected, nice yard with beautiful gardens, and quite surroundings - and with a water-front backyard! Pictures on-line really do not really give this property due credit. I'd recommend this vacation property! It is nicely located near some of the the northern Olympic National Park entrances, and the other close by points of ("blue hole") interests. Weather cooperated quite nicely this time of year (clear, cool (~72 F high).

Beautiful Property

Excellent location in the "Blue Hole" of Sequim. We had excellent weather despite other places had rain all around us. The property is conveniently located near the shopping areas (5-7 min drive) for supplies. It is very close to the Olympic Discovery Trail (we will bring our bikes next time.) Beautiful property with an older home with well kept lawn and garden. Dock on site would be a bonus if you had a boat. Mike was great to deal with Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Peaceful bay location

September 16, 2009

I can't imagine a more ideal location for our family than on this peaceful bay, but just minutes from town. Both the house and gardens are spacious, comfortable, and inviting.

Beautiful property

August 24, 2009

The property location is phenominal with a huge yard and gardens, plenty of room to park and play, and the boat dock was perfect for our activities. The home is spacious, unfortunately, it is aging and in need maintenance and structural repairs, making the daily/weekly rate expensive considering the state of the house.

Dock At The Bay

September 3, 2008

The house, property and view was amazing. We had a wonderful time. The only thing that was dissapointing was the multiple unanounced visits from the owner of the house. Him and his dog popped up at our door multiple times. His dog did his business many time right outside our door. (which didn't get cleaned up) For the amount in which we were paying to stay there we thought that was very unprofessional and to be quite honest, a bit creepy. Other than that...Amazing! I will definetley be renting from Vacation Home Rentals again! (just not this particular one)

amazing spot!

Waking up and looking out at the bay was amazing! The house is in such a great location. It's easy to get into the National Park and to all sorts of other fabulous areas! The house is clean and spacious and the kitchen has everything you'd need to cook. I highly recommend this property!
