Description from owner

"Serenity Shores" is a lovely beach home on Diamond Point located between Port Townsend & Sequim with an incredible view of the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Protection Island (wildlife sanctuary tours), Mt. Baker, Victoria, & the most beautiful sunsets anywhere.

Waking up to deer in the yard, baby seals on the beach, seagulls & magnificent eagles are also a plus!

Adventuresome beach walks, sunbathing, water activities and just plain relaxation could be enough. But there is such an abundance of attractions, one could stay a month, and still need more time.

Relax on the enclosed patio (or on the beach - no need for a cooler as the fridge is steps away), sit by the fireplace & listen to the waves of the Strait of Juan De Fuca, or launch your boat right from the property

"Serenity Shores" is perfect for a romantic getaway, socializing with friends, and/or a memorable family vacation.

Serenity Shores has received The 2014 Best of Sequim Vacation Rental Award!!! Also received it in 2013 & 2012..

Beds: 2 Queen Beds, 2 Sofa Beds

“Absolutely Perfect Stay!”

Reviewed 27 Jun 2014

We loved our stay at Serenity Shores! Our group insisted of five people ranging from ages 4 to 66 and everyone loved it. The house was a great size and 4 year old loved running in a circle through the house. The 15 year old loved having the sunroom with its futon as "her" room. The adults loved sitting by the panoramic windows overlooking the water. The kitchen was well supplied with what we needed and there were plenty of linens, enough to handle the spills and tumbles of a child. We liked our stay so much we extended it by one night so grandma and grandpa could sit and enjoy the view in an uninterrupted fashion!

Owner's reply: Celia ~ I'm so glad that you and your family enjoyed Serenity Shores and had such a wonderful time. My 6 year old grandson has enjoyed the same "circle run" as your 4 year old :-) And yes, the ongoing marine-life show is fantastic. I hope the rest of your trip is fantastic and that you can make it back to Serenity Shores soon to enjoy all that you missed on your first visit! Thanks for the great review and we look forward to seeing you again soon! My best to all ~ Cheri

“Great waterfront experience”

Reviewed 11 Jul 2013

This is a well-kept home with pleasant interior decorating touches throughout, and is located in a pleasant & quiet waterfront community setting on the sunny shores of the Strait. There was a comfortable amount of space for the 6 of us, and the home was well-stocked with bedding and towels. And what a fantastic waterfront backdrop for our meals! Next time we will need to stay longer because it was a restful treat!

Owner's reply: Brenda ~ I'm so glad that you enjoyed your stay at Serenity Shores! And yes, most folks do stay longer the next time they reserve. It's beautiful, relaxing & fun with so many wonderful things to do in the area. People always run out of time, long before they run out of things to do! Not to mention relaxing, lovely beachwalks and the ongoing marine & wildlife shows. We hope to see you back again soon! Cheri

Everything about this beach home was great. Was more than what we expected from looking at the pictures.

Another great week at Serenity Shores. Been coming each year since 2006 and love the closeness to the beach, sunsets, wildlife, and tranquility. See you next year!

We were treated to great views of the Strait of San Juan de Fuca. We found ourselves sitting in the living room watching eagles fly and deer play on the beach.

The house, property, shoreline -- all were just great. We would definitely stay again, especially since our pet was welcome to stay as well.

“Great and Thankful Weekend”

Reviewed 25 Feb 2009

Spent the weekend at Serenity Shores and it was a delightful experience. We had planned on Sunday dinner out but it was so pleasant where we were at that we just purchased some food and had dinner at the beach house and enjoyed the surroundings. My dog wandered away Monday morning and we were out looking for him. After a couple of hours a found notice was posted and several people contacted me that they knew where the dog was. A great beach house and a great community. You could not ask for more. Had a wonderful time.
