“Mountain Ayre - Perect & Private w/a Bit of Heaven”

Reviewed 27 May 2015

This vacation rental gave us everything we were looking for. Fun beyond measure, fully stocked - even with bath linens and TVs in every room - and endless views that made every picture amazing. Any need we had was responded to within minutes by the management team, from garbage removal to remote control assistance, but otherwise we were the kings of the mountain, with total seclusion and privacy. We rented the additional house (A Bit of Heaven) and had the bomb diggity room of all rooms with the master B/R there. A private deck only accessible from master bed and bath that had an amazing setup! A shady hammock, glider swing and of course a hottub, perfect for four. The hottub is shielded by complete privacy of a wooded mountain backdrop and privacy slats to the side. And just when you start to freeze after getting out of hottub, step through the doorway into the master bathroom where you'll be greeted by an easy to use sauna! And the steam shower must be mentioned. Again, very easy to use and the perfect setup for a private party away from the main house. Love! This was our 26th annual reunion with 24 of us. Will we be back? You better believe it!

“Mtn Ayre 80th Birthday Celebration”

Reviewed 17 Jul 2013

We gathered in Tennessee as a 80th Birthday for our Dad ! the cabin was great and the owners were right there if we needed anything just a phone call away and when the ice machine wasn't working ,4 bags of Ice was delivered w/cooler and ice machine fixed a few hours later on a Sunday the repair man came to repair it .the pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all and the rental has a great bunk house for extra space! The views are awesome and fireworks every night provided by Dollywood were enjoyed on the decks ( upper and lower) If you want to see the mountains and be close to town check this rental out !

“Family Reunion / Group of good friends”

Reviewed 24 Jun 2013

It was a view to die for. There was no other way to describe that. The house was great! The owner was more than courteous and helpful. The access to surrounding area attractions was close, but not too close. The pool made the house perfect for the reunion because we literally did not have to leave for entertainment. We did go out and about, but the first couple days we stayed there. The kids swam, played Foosball and watched a movie in the evenings while we played cards or watched the clouds roll through the mountains BELOW us. Sometimes you would stand on the deck and you were in the cloud. Just unbelievable sights. I would definitely recommend this house. It goes without saying, " You get what you pay for". With this one you do. I was not disappointed and neither was the family.

“Great "Big Family Get-Away"”

Reviewed 19 Dec 2012

I (we) enjoyed our stay here. There were a few initial mechanical issues, but the engineers resolved the problem quickly. The amount of space accomedated our family. The view was great. Be prepared to really be in the mountains. This was a first for me and my family, and everyone had a great experience. There was tons of stuff to do, near by. This one was in the winter, but I would like to make this a yearly summer trip.
