Gatlinburg offers many restaurants, shops and attractions and is just minutes away from the Cabin or 8.2 miles.
Pigeon Forge is about 25 minutes from "Pine Knott" and also offers so many restaurants, shops and attractions. Dollywood Theme Park is in Pigeon Forge and so is Dollywood Splash Country, the water park.
Golf is also offered in Pigeon Forge.
The entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is 12 minutes form the cabin, and Sugarlands Visitor Center is located at the entrance. Cades Cove and New Found Gap are about a 30 minute drive from Sugarlands Visitor Center.
Horseback riding, white water rafting, hiking, fishing and other outdoor activities are available in this area.

Daily hours: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and Sundays: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
There's even free live country and bluegrass music at the event: Dennis Lee and Band and Tim Watson, "The fiddle Man". Music shows are at 12 p.m., 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. daily.
The Gatlinburg Convention Center is located at Traffic Light #8 in downtown Gatlinburg.

Driving directions from Pigeon Forge area to cabin. Take Hwy 454(Birds Creek Rd.) south to Grassy Branch rd. stay on rd. about 2 miles to Grassy Branch Loop, to Jim’s Way rd. on left, to first cabin on left. Tip- when you turn on to Grassy Branch rd. just stay left on all paved rd. choice intersections till you get to Jim’s Way (gravel rd.) to the cabin. This makes it easy to find.
