Top Floor Split Level Ocean Front Condo Rental. This is one of twelve split level units of a total of fifty-two with spectacular views of the ocean and beach which overlooks heated pool with club house and has a private beach entrance. Gated condo complex, 2 reserved parking spaces with front and rear decks, professionally decorated with all amenities including 6 pool and 4 beach badges. Centrally located in Ship Bottom, Long Beach Island and is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, convenience stores, miniature golf, night life and entertainment and much more. Despite hurricane Sandy, our unit and the whole complex was untouched and sustained ZERO damage and no beach erosion. Ship Bottom is the most central location and is one of, if not the highest point on Long Beach Island.

Long Beach Island is located 50 miles north of Atlantic City and has everything from a Historical Lighthouse, amusements, miniature golf, water park, Bay Village with many novelty beach shops, restaurants, night clubs and much more. Despite hurricane Sandy, the Island has been fully restored where needed and was untouched in many areas that sustained no damage whatsoever.
