Located directly on the beautiful white sands of Siesta Beach! 636 on the Key is a 4,000 sq foot luxury gulf front single family home offering our guests unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach as their backyard. Designed and built as a custom private home, 636 has large bedrooms and living areas. 636 offers guests four ensuite bedrooms, a media room with a sleeper sofa, a powder room, a laundry room and a beautiful open floorplan great room with a chef's kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table for 12 and a luxurious living area. 636 also offers guests over 2,000 sq ft of beachfront elevated balconies!

Luxuriously appointed high end appliances, granite counter tops, a pass through window to the beach side balcony and best of all a view of the water right from the kitchen window!

Indoor dining area seats 8 as a standard table and 12 with the leaves in the table. The breakfast bar seats 3 and the outdoor beachfront dining area seats 5 but more can squeeze in!

We provide indoor and beach towels for use during your stay.

There is an Xbox 360 in the Media room.

It is the garage but it is also a game room! Contains:

- Shuffleboard
- Mini Basketball Goal
- Corn Hole Toss

Over 2,000 sq feet of beach front elevated balcony space!

It's a pain to rent them so we bought them for you! 4 adult cruiser bikes.

Full on beach gear!!! We provide you with an assortment of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, games, coolers, inflatables and much more.

636 is more than just a vacation rental. We are operating it as if it were your very own private luxury resort. You will be personally welcomed by our dedicated property manager, provided with a property tour and introduction, and have concierge access to the property manager at all times during your stay.
Area Information
Our home is located directly on Siesta Key, a beautiful eight mile long island adjacent to Sarasota. The island is considered one of the top family destinations in the area and has one of the best beaches of the Gulf Coast winning the Dr Beach Best Beach Award in 2011. Siesta Key offers visitors beautiful beaches, tons of activities, local restaurants and a great island feel. The low key relaxed open air vibe can be found throughout the entire island.

Location, lay out, decorations, views - all are amazing. Feel very lucky that we found this place. Everything we needed was available, so it made packing easy. House has a property manager that was very helpful. Huge main bedroom and bathroom. Even has a bar! Easy walk out to stunning beach. We had 9 people and were very comfortable.

What an experience! Before we ever got to the home, the owner contacted us with a survey of things that interested us (events, rentals, shopping, food, etc.) and then sent a customized, 5-page welcome package to prep us for our stay. Upon arrival we were greeted by the property managers who walked us through the house, giving us tips and showing us the many features and amenities. The house itself was everything it was described to be and more. It was spacious, modern, comfortable and very well-equipped. I can't think of one thing that it lacked or that we needed--from the bedrooms to the kitchen to the games downstairs and all of the beach equipment. The location was perfect--the Village was within a short walking distance and our area of the beach never felt crowded. We had 8 adults and the house could easily accommodate 10 - 12 and still not felt over-crowded. If you have kids, the bunk room is perfect for up to 6. We all voted it our top vacation and hope to return in the near future. And to top it off, two days after our stay ended the owner had already sent the deposit refund. It made the whole experience stress-free and seamless. Thank you for an incredible, unforgettable stay!

Fabulous stay: home is so comfortable, inviting, with gorgeous views of the gulf, huge 2nd floor porch with table to eat, lounging sofas, and grill. Accommodated 10 of us, including 4 16yo girls and a 90+year old. Rooms are very quiet, most with gulf views. Beds are beautiful to sleep on, linens are soft, bathrooms are large. Bottom floor has a pingpong table, multiple games, a basketball game, and everything you would need for the beach. Location is central. We are already planning to return. Owner very nice, wants feedback, answers timely, and provides great suggestions for food, ice cream, where to rent beach things, how to get around town free on local shuttles. A perfect vacation and much needed time for relaxation.

What can my family and I say? This property was amazing! So close to best beach in U.S., yet not too close to be annoyed by any noise from boats or beach goers. Concierge availability to the property manager was convenient. Greg and Cynthia were very pleasant and helpful. The house is pristine and comfortable. My daughter loved the bunk room. So close to the Village, though we hired a personal chef for the week so did not go out to eat much. Highly recommend a personal chef as this house is well equipped for one. 5 stars all the way. We will certainly return. Thanks Dawna!!!

A: 636 on the Key is a single family home. It is large and we get people that ask all the time if they can rent a room or "half". The home was built as a single family private residence and subsequently has large living areas and large bedrooms.
Q: Is 636 on the Key on the beach or is there a road between the house and the beach?
A: 636 on the Key is located on the West side of Beach road so the backyard of our house is the beach not the road. Our house has it's own private path to the water's edge.
Q: How far is the home from the Village Shopping/Dining District of Siesta Key?
A: 636 on the Key is a quarter mile from the South end of the Village and it is about a ten minute walk to the Village.
Q: Is 636 on the Key managed by a large property management company?
A: No, 636 on the Key is owner managed and has a dedicated property manager. You will deal directly with the owner during the booking/planning phase and then you will be met at the property by our dedicated property manager who is available during your stay if issues or questions arise.
