“Wonderfully located well kept condo on Siesta Key”
My wife and I spent 2 weeks at this well kept and wonderfully located condominium. We loved that it is a garden style complex and not a high rise building. This unit being on the 1st floor makes it even better. Being able to walk right out to the lush grounds and being seconds from the pool was a definitive advantage over others we had considered renting. The unit itself is extremely well equipped with everything you would need for a perfect stay. The layout of the 2 bedrooms is also great as we had 1 of our adult children & son-in-law & grandchild stay with us the 1st week and the separation between the 2 bedrooms gives good privacy. Overall a great experience!

“Top Notch Rental”
This condo is beautifully decorated with top notch fixtures and is very clean. It is a 2 minute walk from the beach, and even though the pool and hot tub are a 30 second walk from the patio, we were never bothered by any noise from the pool. The construction is solid, so noise from other condos is also not an issue. When not at the beach, we spent most of our time on the screened/glassed-in lanai. The location is also perfect, centrally located on the beach, but not too close to the crowded village area. We were able to walk to a couple of restaurants in the Crescent Beach plaza, and were only a 5 minute drive from the village. We also recommend the sunset cruise out of Siesta Key Watersports on Stickney Road.
