Direct-with-Owner "All-In Price" DISCOUNTED RENTAL RATES include all applicable taxes, parking, utilities (electricity, water, and cable TV), local telephone service, beds made with fresh linens upon arrival, towels, clean-up after departure, rental office reservation set up fees, and a comprehensive arrival confirmation package. There is a refundable security deposit of $300.00 after the return of the unit keys.

Not Included:
Travel, car rental, daily maid service, food, entertainment, insurance, golf green fees, long distance telephone service, and other expenditures of a personal nature.

Arrival & Departure Times:
For your convenience, you may arrive as early as you like before 4:00 PM on your arrival date, and use the common areas on the Siesta Breakers property (tennis courts, pool, lounges and chairs, private beach area, and restrooms), until you can access Siesta Breakers #603. You may also stay as late as you like after 10:00 AM on your departure date, and use the common areas on the Siesta Breakers property. Just be sure to park your vehicle in one of the visitor parking spots in front of the rental office, and not in the Siesta Breakers #603 parking spot. Your unit key will open the restrooms in the pool area, as well as the tennis court gate, and you have the access code for the security gates.

This was our first trip to Siesta Key, but not our last! We are already booking another stay at Siesta Breakers for next year. It is a great location on the Beach and great access to the mainland.

We have rented condo many times in the past and loved it each time. Being right on the beach is great! The pool is perfect and the place is gated so that we don't get a lot of "vistors". The condo itself was gorgeous. It was spacious, clean and very well laid out. The view was breath taking. You can see the bay from the balcony and let me tell you about the beach sand. It was white and soft, never hot on the feet. The sunsets were the most beautiful thing I ever saw in my life. I would book it again in a heartbeat. You gotta see it.

The Best Vacation Ever

Our family really enjoyed this condo, pool, and beach. The recent remodeling is great! The kitchen is spacious, functional, and better than some kitchens at home! We had a mild week, so the extra warm pool kept the fun going for our children. Would definitely stay here again....very impressed by the location and manicured propery upkeep. By the way, my daughter typed the subject line in this note claiming it was the "best vacation ever!"

This has been the sixth year that we've stayed in Unit #603 at Siesta Breakers and we love it! The condo and grounds are immaculate, the pool and beach are right on the location, the people are friendly, there are restaurants, grocery, and drug store close by....all of which make for a wonderful stay. The beach is the best and powdery white! You won't want to miss this opportunity.

We stayed in Unit 603 the week of Thanksgiving. The kitchen is so well equipped we cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner there. The unit is exactly as described and we were extremely satisfied with the furnishings, decor, and condition of the unit. The other residents and tenants were very friendly, so we did not feel like an outsider. The location is fabulous. Within walking distance of most anything. Scooter rentals, restaurants, Davidson's Drugs (open 365 days a year) which has most everything, tourist traps, 7Eleven and others directly across the street. The common areas are well maintained. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature. The beach, what can I say? It is one of the best around and that is from someone living on Clearwater Beach. Clean (no cigarette butts{no smoking allowed}), packed sand that is great for riding bikes and pushing strollers on. More than adequate supply of lounge chairs available on the beach. To the north is Siesta Key Public Beach for younger beachgoers (free parking). Sarasota in general is a great City. Plenty to do if you desire. Took my boys to the new skate park in Downtown (nice), shopping malls to the north and south. Beautiful residential community to the south, recommend walking the sidewalk if the beach is too cool. Vic is great to work with, detailed and timely. Security deposit came back within 10 days. Highly, highly recommend #603 and would absolutely stay there again. Heavenly.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Siesta Breakers #603 from 10/24/09 - 10/31/09. This is our third time visiting Siesta Key and this unit is the nicest one and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend it and would like to return again.

Absolutely loved this condo! Perfect size, perfect layout, immaculately clean, all appliances are new, new TV in living room, nice furniture, walk-in closets -- I couldn't find anything not to like! Siesta Breakers resort is very well maintained. Beach is gorgeous, best sand in the world -- so thin, so white, and it's not getting hot so it is always a pleasure to walk on it barefoot which is quite amazing. Gulf water was probably 90 degrees, really warm. Perfect, relaxing, wonderful vacations! Would absolutely recommend renting this condo to anyone -- you will not regret! And -- last but not least -- I don't think anyone can beat Vic's prices!

We loved this condo-Just the perfect size for us- totally imaculate and spacious-our little girl had plenty of her own space.The location was pefect- so close to the beach and pool with a very convenient and short walk across street for groceries , sunscreen etc and ice cream! The beach of course is unsurpassed and conveniently supplied with lounge chairs so you dont have to drag so much stuff down. Its very easy to go between the pool to beach to "home" in just minutes. The pool is lovely, clean and nicely landscaped. We would highly recommend this unit-

Condo was in a great location - easy to get to, close to shops, and on a wonderful beach. The condo was very comfortable - we were calling it "home" after a few days there. It was great having access to beach chairs for hanging out during the day and for viewing the beautiful sunset in the evening. Siesta Key has just the right mix of sun, fun and relaxation to equal a great vacation!

We enjoyed Siesta Breakers Unit 603. It was very spacious and clean with a washer and dryer. The pool area is also very clean. The beach is beautiful. We stayed with 2 kids ages 8 and 10. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time in Condo #603 on beautiful Siesta Key, The beach & sand are the best around, the condo is so spacious and has all the comforts of home. Everything we needed was there including beach towels! Lots of Shops, Resturants and Grocery store within walking distance. This will not be the last time we rent this unit. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing place to stay with a beach view.

Siesta Breakers 603 is great. Very roomy and comfortable. Nice view and an overall excellent complex. Everything is perfect for a family vacation. The complex provides lounge chairs at the beach. The pool is excellent. The grounds are immaculate. Pride in ownership is evident at Siesta Breakers. We will definitely stay again. The condo and beach provided us with one of the nicest vacations we have ever experienced. Thanks so much.

We had a great time and enjoyed the condo very much. Everything was top shelf. I was traveling with two young kids and was able to set each up in their own walk in closet thanks to the plantation doors. It made our stay so much more enjoyable. Just completed our stay in this unit a few days ago...the unit is beautiful, spacious, nicely appointed with applicances and full washer/dryer in unit. Well maintained, clean and the kitchen was a dream! The beach is gorgeous with white powder sugar sand, and the pool facilities were beautiful and very well kept. I would recommend this unit for sure...and vic is extremely easy to work with!

My family has stayed in Unit 603 at the Breakers since we found Siesta Key in 1992. The accomodations are fabulous and a bargain in the keys. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. Watching sunsets from the linai and walking on sand that feels like talcum powder are an experience you won't get anywhere else. Thank you Vic for maintaining a First Class condo at an affordable price. Unit 603 at the Breakers is our destination of choice no matter what time of the year we can go.
