great family memories

June 1, 2016

There were 5 adults and one child in this two bedroom villa. It was just remodeled and everything looked beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, sliverware and pots and pans. The bathroom looks great and the livingroom furniture is beautiful and comfortable. New big screen TV was perfect for watching our Pittsburgh Pens in the playoff games. Go Pens! We already booked it again the same time next May. That will be our 4th trip in the same villa. We just love it!

This is a place not to miss. The beach is rated #1 for a reason.. the sand is out of this world and swimming in the ocean in hot weather was just so much fun. We stayed in unit C16 of Casa Blanca and this unit had everything needed and promised. Don't hesitate to rent.

Though there was a problem with the shower leaking, the staff was quite hospitable and quickly moved us to another available condo (much nicer and modern). Great views. Very clean and taken care of.

You were staying in another villa. It was not C-16. We had someone else in our villa during this time. Thanks, Barb

Siesta Key Villa

We loved our visit here! Although the villas are pretty close together, we had privacy and it was quiet. The villa is nicely furnished, very comfortable and has pretty much everything you would need (no computer, so bring your lap top if you think you'll need it). Bring your own paper towels as none were supplied, also only a single roll of t.p. was supplied. It's not like a hotel where everything is replenished daily! We enjoyed the screened-in porch (lanai) for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. There is a very nice pool on the premises with comfortable chairs scattered around it. The beach is amazing, so beautiful and I would suggest catching every sunset you can -the week we were there was a guy who played "Taps" from his 3rd floor apartment on his bugle. The sand is so fine, just like sugar. Sit on the beach and watch the dolphins swim by - so cool. Did we like it? You bet! Would we go back? Absolutely! Want a little piece of heaven - this is it!

I have stayed at Villa C-16 many times over the last several years. I go to Siesta Key twice a year and always stay in this villa at Casa Blanca. C-16 is just a very short walk to the gorgeous white sand of Siesta Key Beach. This sand NEVER gets hot, and this private beach is never crowded. If you don't have your own loungers or chairs, Casa Blanca has plenty for you to use at no charge. I love to walk the beach and this is the best beach for walking. Last spring I walked to the Public Beach from Casa Blanca and enjoyed an amateur sand sculpture show. The entire complex is well maintained and always clean. The people in the office are very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the dead bolt on this last trip, reported it, and within 20 minutes a worker was there and it was good to go. Casa Blanca is just a short drive to Siesta Key Village. I've heard there is a free transport to the village, but I've never investigated that. It's very close to Stickney Point Bridge which takes you to many restaurants on 41 (Tamiami Dr.). I would highly recommend C-16 at Casa Blanca.

Siesta Key and the beach villa C16 are the perfect places to relax after touring through the several themeparks of Orlando. The beautiful beach is just a few steps away, offering baby powder sand, beach chairs and lots of sea shells. The villa is equipped with anything you might need for a relaxing vacation. We´d love to come back again soon!

We had a wonderful week exploring Siesta Keys and it was great coming "home" to a clean and beautifully decorated villa at the end of the day. Owners were very responsive to questions and easy to contact. Crescent Beach has beautiful white sand, stunning sunsets, and is in close proximity to the villa, making it manageable and enjoyable for young families.

We were happy with our stay. The location of villa is just excellent , it's right by the beach, just one step. The place was clean, beds were comfortable. There are two double beds in one bedroom and a king bed in another bedroom. There is no in unit laundry, but there are two locations in complex for coin laundry and one is by the pool in the office . There is a charcoal grill right outside. Villa has a nice front outside area( lanai) with table and chairs. Beach was not crouded and just beautiful. Water was so clear so we could see different fish and little stingrays.. Just a beautiful place. The owner Barbara is just very nice and friendly, she was very helpfull when we had some questions. Thank you Barbara! We will definately recomend this place for our family and friends and hoping come back there soon!

The unit looked EXACTLY like the pictures, it even exceeded our expectations. The villa was very clean and welcoming. The owners stocked the villa with everything we could've asked for from sandcastle shape buckets (which our daughter used faithfully every day!) to a shoulder strap laundry carrier! Having the grill to cook out most of our meals was great too (although I think it made some of the other people in the villas a little upset when their children would come running from the beach smelling it thinking it was time to eat! haha) The swimming pool was very nice and clean as well. Unit C-16 comfortably fit our family of 5 and I would highly reccommend staying here. Siesta Key Beach, it is no wonder that it has been voted the #1 beach in the USA, it is breathtaking.

We had been to Siesta Key before on day trips, so we knew the spectular nature of the white sand beach. The January weather was perfect for us New Englanders, nice blend of RI summer like days in the 70s with day or two over 80!! Also has a few cooler days in the upper 60s which was fine for us. The villa was great for us, nicely furnsihed and very comfy, ate in lots of meals with well stocked kitchen. Nice short walk to its own beach.

Excellent location just steps away from the #1 beach. Our villa C-16 was very comfortable, nicely furnished with a well-stocked kitchen. The staff at Casa Blanca was always friendly and helpful. The housekeeping service was outstanding. Try to reserve C-16 first over the other units. C-16 is better located to the beach and decorated well.

We had a great vacation in Casa Blanca Villa C-16 on Siesta Key. The unit was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, the kitchen allowed us to prepare all our meals, and the staff were friendly and ready to accommodate our needs. I noticed that the unit itself has free wireless internet connection, which allowed me to finish a work related project very fast. The pool is amazing, very clean and never crowded. The ocean is only steps away from the villa, we watched the pelicans and the sunsets, we walked on the white sand beach and dreamed that we didn't have to go back to work. I would definitely return to this place.
Guest Commentary on William’s Villas in Siesta Key

Loved the villa and Siesta. You actually undersold the villa - it was better than expected. We were there during a red tide, but it cleared as the week went on. You might stress to renters that the villa is so close to the beach. I'll probably be contacting you about staying again later. What are summer rates?
Pete Fannin

Thanks for a wonderful trip to the beach. Your unit was a delight. We were disappointed that it wasn't available March 31st , but I'm sure that is a busy time. We will definitely be back. I will check with you first because I wouldn't want to stay in any other unit. Thanks again. Bonnie Lamkin

I wanted to say thank you for letting us stay in your place. We had a wonderful time. What a beautiful unit and place to have a home. We would love to buy one similar if one ever came on the market. hopefully, we will have an opportunity to visit and stay at your home again sometime.

Hey Barb- The Villa was wonderful !! We had a great time and it was furnished with everything we would ever need. We have been coming to Siesta Key for 14 years and the other place we have stayed was not near as equipped!! Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your villa. If you have a one week time slot open again during that time of year let me know... our kids only have a week at Spring break! Thanks,

Barb-
We were so pleased with the condo. It was so clean, comfortable and cute. We loved the location and are very excited to know we can come back next year. In fact we would like to make it an annual trip for our family. Siesta Key was just as I remembered it 25 years ago. My husband had never been there and I was so happy to see his excitement at how beautiful the beach is. Thank you so very much for working with us so that we could rent for a week and a half next year.
Talk to you soon.

Barbara, I just wanted to send a quick note to say we loved your place. My family and I had a wonderful time. I hope we can visit again some time in the future. Thanks again, Dan
