This home is in a fine neighborhood that is just behind Siesta Key Beach! It is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac of an interior island on the key. The brick driveway and entrance lead you through the double doors revealing a wonderful open plan, great for entertaining. The kitchen has an aquarium style pass through window that allows you to enjoy your guests and family while they sit on the lanai or wade in the pool. There is an outside bar area extending from the kitchen pass through window and dinning on the poolside lanai. All this with wonderful views that the pictures just cannot show you like the full sense of the feeling you get when looking through all the patio doors in that panoramic way. There is a nice large yard with a big tree in the back to sit and enjoy the views down the canal. Tropical landscaping surrounds the home.
The master bedroom has a king bed, large shower and double vanity, with views of the pool/canal and access out the patio door to the lanai. The guest rooms are on the other side of the house with two bedrooms that have queen sized beds. The forth bedroom is set up with a queen sleeper and a desk for those that want an office that is sunny and bright with view across the pool and down the canal, just a nice feeling room to be in. There are two bathrooms that these rooms share, one serves the pool with a door to access directly out to the screened in pool/lanai area. There is a large laundry room and a nice neat and clean garage. Starting at the end of July 2016 there will be a new Master Suite addition with a fabulous views and a deluxe bathroom with double shower and separate spa sized tub. Bathroom total will increase to four. There will be added patio space and grilling area. This will be a fabulous place for family gatherings and all on one level with no stairs other then a 4 inch step in and out of the house.
It is about a mile walk to Siesta Key Village or take the tip taxi (large golf carts) that are available with a quick call to pick you up and take you around the Island. The beach is just a short 3.5 blocks to the main entrance of Siesta Key Public Beach which is always rated at the top of all the beaches in the United States, if not #1 by many beach rating editors. It has crystal white quartz sand that is the best that I have ever seen, cool to the feet and wonderful to take those leisurely walks on the beach or lay on the puffy white sand looking out to the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
For the golfers out there you will many courses from public to TPC all within 20 to 30 minutes. The shopping is fabulous with the premium outlets or the new high end UTC mall on University and I-75 or the St. Armand Circle's European style shopping and dinning area. Visit downtown which has old style charm with quality restaurants, theater and night life. The Siesta Key Village is laid back with outside dinning, entertainment and shopping and some of the best little breakfast places around.
Sarasota is a unique area giving the traveler a taste of many cultural and unique venues to enjoy. |Deposits: There is a non-refundable reservation deposit of 50% of the rental total. The balance is due six weeks prior to rental. If payment is made less then six weeks prior then the full balance is due upon reservation. Payments made within two weeks of rental must be cashiers checks or through Pay Pal at a processing fee of 3%. Out of USA cards the processing fee of 4%.|

|Other Fees: Pet fee is $150. Pet damage deposit is $200 additional. There is a standard $500 damage deposit that will be refunded if the property is left in good condition and without excessive cleaning when you leave. End of stay cleaning fee of $200 applies to all rentals. Four weeks is considered a month for rate purposes. We prefer Saturday to Saturday check-in. Split week check-in could be additional cost.|

We stayed at this beautiful home for two weeks in July. Home was more beautiful than pictures portrayed. I've never stayed in a house that was as immaculate and well stocked as this one. We rent all over the country and this was one of our most favorite homes. House had 3 bedrooms and a fourth office/bedroom with fold out couch and desk. Bedrooms were lovely, each with a TV. King suite was lovely. the views of the canal were just gorgeous as you can enjoy the view from just about every room that faces back of house. Pool area was immaculate, beautifully lit at night, and serviced weekly. Broker for this house David Butler, was very helpful and answered all questions, very reachable in case I had questions (sorry David for any inconveniences I caused). House was pet friendly which was an added plus. Only drawbacks were these. I wanted a home where we could walk to beach and this I was told was just 3.5 blocks from beach. I'm sure that was correct, however, with the heat, and your gear, it was not walkable. Parking was limited at public beach as they are expanding parking lot so unfortunately we couldn't get a spot on the weekend. that was disappointing because Siesta Key Beach is lovely. The other issue was the mattress on the fold out couch. My sister came to visit for 3 days and left hunched over and in pain, terrible mattress. Despite those issues I still would love to come back next year, if available. maybe for 3 weeks. Very happy with my choice, the house and with the broker. Thank you David.
Thank you for renting from me. Yes, It is a walk in the summer heat but when they get the new parking lot open then parking should not be a problem. I will look into the mattress, the couch was new less then a year ago, maybe warranted and could be replaced. They plan to add on and expanded that office bedroom so then a queen bed or Twins can be installed. The new master suite will be exceptional. Hope to get it started this fall. My best, David

This is a fantastic property very close to Siesta Village with every amenity you could wish for. The beds are comfortable, the pool and canal beautiful.
