Description of the Silverlake vacation home rental
This spacious two-bedroom Spanish home was built in the early 1930's. The physical address is 2118 Glendale Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90039, in the Silverlake District. It is approximately 1200 square feet, and comes fully equipped with everything you would expect in a vacation rental and more. We are pet friendly and can direct you to all the best places for you and your pooch. We are grandparents, and know all the good places for your little ones (Or big ones since we raised our 3 children here).

The yard is spectacular and the gardener comes weekly.

There is a boatload of storage; three large wardrobe closets, linen storage, built in cabinets and shelves in the bathroom and in the laundry room. There is well-lit off-street parking for 1-2 cars behind the house. There are 6 steps inside the house.

With a queen bed and two twins, this is ideal for 2 couples or a small family. A small person could sleep on the sofa as it is longer than a bed. We could also supply a queen air-matress if you prefer.

We are located directly on the #92 Metro Bus line going to Glendale, Burbank and Downtown Los Angeles via the Music center. With a car, we are 5 minutes to downtown, Hollywood, Griffith Park or Glendale; 10 minutes to Burbank, Burbank Airport, and Pasadena; 20 minutes to Beverly Hills; 30 minutes to Disneyland, Santa Monica or Six Flags Magic Mountain. You won't find a more convenient vacation rental location in Los Angeles.

A: We are just 2 blocks to Silver Lake, with trails, a rec center, ball courts, doggy park. You can also take a direct bus right outside the home to downtown LA or Glendale (Americana on Brand, Glendale galleria) so you don't need to worry about a car and parking.
