Description of the Silverthorne vacation condo rental
Great condo to sleep 6. Wonderfully furnished with a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 single (twin) beds in second bedroom, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. One bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom. The other bathroom is conveniently located off the hall. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a bright & open floorplan that extends into the dining area and living room. Views are breathtaking as you overlook the valley where Lake Dillon is, and Keystone can be seen in the distance. The wood fireplace in the living room provides a cozy feeling after a day on the slopes. Condo has a TV, DVD, phone, & carport. Pool, sauna, jacuzzi and racquetball facilities are available at any of the 4 on-site clubhouses. Condo has a carport included which can be quite helpful on those snowy Colorado days. Unit comes fully prepped & cleaning is included. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are allowed. Coin-op laundry facilities are on site. Three night minimum stay is required.

Condo is located in a pretty residential area just off the Dillon-Silverthorne exit(205) of I-70. It is surrounded by the Arapaho Nat'l Forest, and has gorgeous mountain views! By car-10 min to Keystone, 15 to Copper Mtn. & A-Basin, and just 20 min to Breckenridge, or take the FREE shuttle. Easy drive to Vail, Beaver Creek & Loveland Ski areas. The towns of Silverthorne & Dillon (5 min from condo) offer outstanding restaurants, supermarkets and shopping, as well as the factory outlet mall and 6-plex movie theatre. Plenty to do even if you decide to take a break from skiing or snowboarding!
