Owner Supplied Testimonials

We stayed at the beach house and had a really excellent time. It is quaint, clean and right on the beach! We found Sodus Point charming and relaxing and met really great people while we were there. We were met with amazing hospitality at the beach house, with a sparkling clean cottage and a personalized welcome. We enjoyed many day trips in and around the Finger Lakes Region while we were there, and were always happy to come back to our cottage at day end to cook a nice meal, and enjoy the beach sunset. I highly recommend this property for it's great value, location, and charm! Thanks to Jan, we felt welcome right away, and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our trip to this region.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage in July. The pet friendly attitude of neighbors, restaurants and at the beach was sincere and appreciated. The beach was just a few steps away and the walk along the bay was at the other end of the block. We used the small patio often, but this would not be adequate for more than four.
