This was was a 3 day stay i planned after a 4 day stay in Cape Canaveral for me & my 3 daughters ages 17, 11 & 6 &my first time renting a condo & doin so online so i was a little nervous. Everything turned out to be Legit & my girls Absolutely Loved it!!! It looked just like the pics posted, Amazing! The location was perfect & very convenient. We were able to walk & do shopping at Dash, Armani Exchange, Steve Madden, Victoria Secrets, MAC & many more .the Roof Top pool was amazing & the views were Awesome! We iposted sum of our pics on Facebook & they wer a Hit! The Landlord was vere nice & resourceful. The only complaint i thought that there would hv been paper towels :( but Walgreens was directly on the corner so i was able to stock up on the supplies i needed. If was fully stocked w dishes & cooking ware & even a washer & dryer. We loved the Gelato shop down stsir they wer very friendly & the beach is directly across the street. I also spent alot of time on the balcony at nite. I can't say enough about this condo! I hv been rated Coolest Mom by my daughters Lol!. Don't hesitate ,book it! You'll thank me Later. I will definitely return in the future :) THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

Our family of 4 stayed here for our March break vacation and though SoBe is paradise for college kids at this time of year, we really enjoyed our stay. This condo is situated in an ideal spot: across the street from the beach, two blocks away from Fratelli di Buffala, a restaurant that serves pizza that is just as good as what you get in Italy (we know: we were in Italy just six months ago) and walking distance to great shopping, the deco area and what looked like fantastic night clubs!. Service was good - the staff at the Ocean Five hotel was really helpful and our condo manager was also responsive to our needs and questions. The condo itself was great, clean, but appointed with just the very bare essentials. All in all, we were satisfied and do recommend this place.

The condo was beautiful close to everything clubs, beach, restaurants, shopping ect. The owner was very nice and would answer questions very prompt, everything ran really smooth fist time in Miami definitely going back and staying at the same place already recommending the condo to friends IF you're looking for a clean, friendly staff and close to everything I would recommend this place.

the unit was clean,with quality fixtures and furnishings.the landlord and staff at were very cooperative. the unit is just south of 5th st. so you are close to the action without the noise.checkout Smith and Wollensky for sunset while the ocean liners cruise by so close you can almost touch them.

We spent a month in our particular unit. The location is superb, right at the bottom of Lincoln Rd. The staff at the condo were more professional than you would normally find at a condo bldg. Our unit supposedly slept five. Not likely- two was the limit. I also do not like to sleep on pull-out sofas. They simply are not as comfortable as a real bed. Also, the street noise is surprisingly noticeable. There doesn't appear to be any soundproofing in these units! Of course, the biggest disappointment is that for the second straight year the pool was not open for use. Something fishy is going on; however, they won't say what!! Anyway, we did have a good time, especially with our view of the beach and the 30-second walk to the beach. We will return again next year if the pool situation is resolved.

This was a very bright, quiet, spacious and comfortable apartment in a fabulous location. I would definitely rent here again. The building was clean and the front desk staff were always helpful and available round the clock. The drawbacks were few: the hot water heater is not sufficient enough for a hot bath, although it was enough for a hot shower, and the kitchen was poorly stocked. If you want to cook while you stay here you will have to go out and buy everything from knives to strainers to bowls, etc.!
