I stayed here with my 2 young children (2 and 5) in June/July 2015. The location is idea. We ended up at the ice cream shop across the street almost every night. The walk to the beach was simple. The area is extremely quiet. As for the house itself, it is very open and spacious. It offered more than I had anticipated, even a few toys for the kids to play with. It was very clean and organized.

We had a great stay at this wonderful waterfront cottage while we attended a wedding in the area. It is perfectly decorated with a beachy, nautical flare! The cottage was impeccably clean with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The beach is just down the road, and the cottage is close to some great restaurants!

The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped. We had a great time digging for clams out in front of the house, going to the beach which is an easy walk or bike ride and visiting the Matunuck Oyster Bar next door. The house is convenient to a lot of attractions along the coast but also feels like a private little corner of the coast. It has a great quiet little deck where we watched the sunset as it faces west. This house was a good value and the furnishings were a cut above what we have seen in other beach houses. Close to the ocean and fronting the salt pond, we had a front row seat to an endless array of birds and beautiful vistas. We would definitely rent this place again.
