This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 2nd floor home is the perfect family rental that will leave both, the kids and the adults happy. The home has a large flat LED screen TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. A King size bed in the Master Bedroom and two queen size beds in Bedroom #2. The Master Bedroom has a flat screen LED TVs and ceiling fans and there is a laundry room with a washer and a dryer conveniently located in the home. A French style door connects you with the wonderful balcony/deck and tropical patio, featuring a huge swimming pool. Other amenities include WiFi throughout the property and free parking for up to two vehicles. The property is pet friendly for house trained pets (pet fee/per pet required - 2 pets max)

The wonderful South Padre Island beach is only a short walk away, and there are a couple of very good restaurants at walking distance from the home, such as PadreRita Grill and Black Beards, two of my favorites!

House-trained pets allowed through a small pet fee.(2 max) usually $59 per pet. If it was not included on the original quote, it may be charged after reservation is booked.

This property is registered and holds an Occupancy Permit from the city of South Padre Island

About the area

The condo sits in a building with only two units. It has all ceramic tile floors and in the patio, a very nice swimming pool (not heated) If you ever been to South Padre Island, you will soon realize the whole town is a tourist/beach town, a sunny paradise in the southern tip of Texas. If you have been here before, you know what I am talking about. Although a car is not required, we recommend one to move around. South Padre Island also has free public transportation.

Interaction with guest

I am local... my wife and I live about 35 minutes away and are available if needed. I have installed an electronic lock on the main door, and will program a personalized access code for you (which will only work for the length of your stay). So... no keys are required. Also, I have been compiling a binder with information, which is at the condo, for your benefit. I have listed my favorite restaurants, addresses and phone numbers among other information.
