Description of the South Padre Island vacation home rental
I have a 2 story Triplex that has Three Apartments

A breakdown of the Triplex is as follows
House A: 2 bedrooms, 2 Full bath, full kitchen, dining & living room, washer/dryer, WiFi
House B: 3 bedrooms, 2 Full bath, full kitchen, dining & living room, WiFi
House C: 3 bedrooms, 2 Full bath, full kitchen, dining & living room, WiFi

Please review the bed sizes to make sure your party can sleep comfortably.


There is no cleaning fee but a deposit is required.

The Triplex is 1 block off of the Gulf of Mexico, located in the middle of South Padre Island. It is within walking distance to the beach, entertainment district, numerous restaurants, etc. There is a swimming pool in the back of the duplex with a back yard. One house was renovated in March 2016.

Discounted prices kick in 30 days before arrival so if the calendar is open within 30 days, there is a possibly that there may be a discount. In the month of Nov, Dec, Jan and Feb, I am open to monthly rentals and breaking up the property for Winter Texans if there are dates available. The price for one month is listed as a monthly rate for one unit. Discounts are available if arrival date is within 30 days and that can include a price discount, decrease in min days or using and paying for two units vs paying for 3 units.
Pricing for Spring Break is set in December
Area Information
I like the location because of the awesome location of being in the middle of the Island. One can reserve the whole property allowing multifamily gatherings while maintaining their own privacy.
