Description of the Spokane vacation cabin rental
Rates $225 - $325 per night depending on date.

This is a turnkey vacation rental. This means that we provide towels, toilet paper, paper towels, linens, pots, pans, pillows, soap, games, puzzles, spices, condiments, etc for your visit. You'll need to provide beach towels, pet towels, food, etc.

Fill the jetted tub up and relax after a wonderful day of summer activities. Each master bedroom has an extra long tub for your enjoyment.

You can also relax in the hammock and enjoy the breeze from this large 3 bedroom 3 bath newly built house. Located on Eloika Lake. Everything you will need is here for a relaxing vacation in the Northeast Washington (5 hrs from Seattle). Bring your extended family, this house has plenty of space and privacy for multiple families to enjoy together. We have included free WiFi, 2 TV's, all with cable included, a Wii system, and a full kitchen. Upstairs has two master bedrooms & bathrooms. Downstairs has a bedroom with a queen bed. There is also a bathroom with a large walk in shower. The house also has two sleeper sofas that convert into a bed and there is a large sofa sectional. There are also a couple of blowup beds for the kids. We also have an RV hookup. The house is in a great location, located on Eloika Lake. It is a very quiet, private location. Very peaceful.

Want to sleep under the stars. We have 2 tents available for camping outside. There is also room for your own tent. You'll need to bring sleeping bags but don't be surprised to wake up with deer sleeping nearby on the lawn or turkeys sleeping in the Cedars overhead.

Fun on the lake - We have one canoe and 2 children kayaks. We have a few life jackets but recommend bringing your own if you have them especially for small children.

There is lake access but no beach. Access to the lake is down through the shrubs and cattails. If the water is up you can launch a kayak or canoe at the bottom of the hill from the house. Later in the summer, you may have to launch from out in the cattails. Someday maybe we'll put in a dock but at this time we'd like the rustic atmosphere of roughing it to the lake. Make sure to bring shoes for the mud. Shoes for water use are recommended. Once on the lake you will be AMAZED at the beauty. You can kayak and canoe for miles including up the Little Spokane River. There are birds, beaver, moose, etc. If you get up early you might even hear the Loons talking to each other.

There is a boat launch across the lake and rowboats/canoes can be rented at Jerry's Landing Resort across the lake. Motor boats are allowed in Eloika Lake. There are many lakes nearby that offer great waterskiing.

Eloika Lake Lodge is centrally located between Spokane, Colville, Sandpoint, and Silverwood. 30 minutes north of Spokane with easy highway access off of Highway 2 (Newport Highway). Deer Park is located about 6 miles away with access to the post office, groceries, medical facilities. Riverside, 3 miles away, offers a gas station, coffee shop, and fast food restaurant.

Memoires and good times

Everyone had a great time. The home had everything we needed and gave us the privacy and serenity we were looking for. We would definately return. My wife and her daughter especially enjoyed the early morning sightings of deer and wild turkeys. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant in Deer Park. I think the name of the restaurant was the Salty Dog- great fresh Halibut. On the last evening we had a family dinner for my in-laws 40th wedding anniversary. Your home will always hold special memories.

Owner's reply:

The privacy of not having houses right next to you is something we also love about the house. It adds a tranquility and serenity that you don't often find on other lakes. Also, you don 't often find waterfront rentals on 4 acres. We are really glad that you had a memorable time. That was our biggest hope when deciding to rent the house..that others would be able to enjoy it as much as we do. Thanks for being our guests!!! Hope to see you again soon. I hope you are able to share photos on our face book page.

We rent homes a couple times a year and this was one of the best stocked kitchens that I have seen ! It was nice to not be limited on what to cook because the pans were not there. The home had a very relaxing feel to it and we all felt right at home. It was wonderful and we would love to stay there again!
