An exquisite three level townhome, this 2,100 square foot gem offers lots to enjoy all while being a stones throw from Steamboat Resort, dining, and other area activities. Complete with three master bedrooms, a private washer and dryer, and various dining spaces Waterford 23 was designed with large families in mind. Cozy up by the gas fireplace after a day on the slopes or sweat it out in the private sauna. Walk out on the private wrap around balcony for an evening sunset.

The main level contains most of the action where you're greeted by the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cooking space. Around the corner you'll find the over-sized dining area with direct access to the wrap around balcony that connects with the living area. In the lounge discover abundant seating near the gas fireplace and flat screen TV for morning and evening hangouts. Step out on your private balcony from the living area and you'll see the convenient hiking trail easily accessed from the back yard. Also on the main level is a half bathroom and private washer and dryer.

The upper level is home to all three bedrooms each with an attached bathroom. The master bedroom hosts a King bed and lavish en suite bath with dual sinks. The second master bedroom has a King bed as well.
