**Discounts for week long bookings** This 3-Bedroom condo is a great choice for your Steamboat Springs vacation. It was tastefully renovated, updated, and refurnished in spring 2019. Found within the Canyon Creek at Eagle Ridge, a newer development with a great location at the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort. Here you'll enjoy great amenities, consistent quality, and a very short walk to many attractions, including the heart of our base area, Gondola Square. There are many features to enjoy about this condo and this development. Please read on for details!

This development is pretty new, and has consistently good quality as a result. However, in May 2019, the property was brought up to date, and has become one of the nicest units in the development. It was renovated, adding new carpet in the bedrooms and hardwood floors in the main living area. It was professionally refurnished and redecorated. This was a complete update, from the new mattresses to the linens and bedding, from the new stainless steel appliances (arriving late May 2019) to the brand new kitchen utensils, dinnerware, and cookware. This condo now features all new furniture and artwork too. Chic, stylish, comfortable and beautiful all describe this condo well.

The layout and design is great. When you enter this condo, you can see all the way through to the balcony on the other side of the building. The living room, dining room, and kitchen area one large open concept space. Whether whipping up a gourmet meal, sitting down to dine or play games, or relaxing by the fire, you will be able to enjoy each other's company. The bedrooms are split from each side side of the main living area and the front toi back of the condo, which provides a nice separation of space when you want some privacy.

All 3 bedrooms have a dedicated bathroom. The first two bedrooms are true master bedrooms, with King beds and space to spare as well as private ensuite bathrooms featuring large vanities with dual sinks and plenty of counter space. Each of these two king bedrooms has nice views. The third bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk bed as well as an additional Twin bed. This makes it ideal for a third couple, for 2 to 3 singles, or for 3 to 4 kids. Unlike most 3-Bedrooms, when staying here, a group of 7 to 8 people is not forced to use the living room as a sleeping space!

The condo is a corner unit, with great natural light and wonderful views. The balcony is covered and extra large, a perfect place for outdoor dining or a cup of tea. It is also a top floor "penthouse" unit. This means there is no chance of anyone stomping around in a unit above you. Don't worry, you'll also enjoy elevator service, so there's no need to climb the stairs with luggage or groceries, unless you prefer that extra workout! Another great feature is that the building has an underground parking garage that stays warm in winter and cool in summer! In the unit, as with most units in Steamboat, there is no air conditioning, but you probably won't need it. The unit has exposure to 3 sides of the building and plentiful windows, so you can open them up for a nice cross breeze. The unit also has ceiling fans in each room. Let that cool air in each evening and morning, then shut the windows during the heat of the day, and you'll find that this condo stays pretty comfy for most of the day even on hot summer days.

This development has two condo buildings on opposite sides of the amenity center. This includes the heated seasonal pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub are typically open during ski season and summer season, and are sometimes closed in between. Please check with us before booking for confirmation of opening and closing dates for coming seasons. The pool area has lots of relaxing furniture and is surrounded by mature landscaping for a pleasant environment. Towels are provided and there is also a a gas BBQ grill for your enjoyment. Inside, the amenity building includes a large fitness center restrooms, brochures and local information, newspapers, and friendly on site staff. One other amenity you might enjoy is the complimentary private shuttle service in ski season. This service will get you around town in a pleasant and free shuttle bus. Of course, you might not use it much. There is so much within walking distance!

This development really does have a great location. It is right next to Burgess Creek, and the Burgess Creek Trail. This paved pathway is a very pleasant place to walk, and is plowed clear of snow in winter. It leads from the Gondola past Canyon Creek and connects to other trails, including the Yampa River Core Trail, which meanders about 4 miles into and through downtown Steamboat Springs. Winter guests will really love this location for the prime access to the slopes! Whether you'll be skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or biking, this location is perfect. This condo is located between Eagle Ridge Drive and Village Drive, less than 100 meters from the intersection of Village Drive and Apres Ski Way. This location allows you to walk anywhere in the base area. The edge of the ski slopes are an easy, flat, 200 yards away, Add 50 yards more and you're at the ski school, the Gondola, the ticket office, and much more. Groceries, restaurants, shops, coffee, and even a beer hall are less than 100 yards away. This condo really is in the heart of the base area. You'll love it.
