Room for All

This home is made for a big extended family. We filled it up but always had plenty of room to cook, read, visit, or watch TV. The kids had their own space, too. The house is beautifully decorated and the 4 bedrooms are spacious. The bunkroom is a bit tight but it worked ok for us. The kitchen is big with everything you might want or need, including 2 refrigerators and 3 sinks. It is a short walk to the shuttle bus. The house is in a nice, quiet area.

This was a perfect space for a gathering of my immediate family, my Mom, 3 siblings and their families (15 in all). We had a great time and really enjoyed the grand kitchen/main living room. We also enjoyed being able to spread out. The house was immaculate and very well equipped. We would definitey stay here again!!!

What an amazing place. So comfortable and the views were awesome. We had an amazing time. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were great, kitchen had it all. This will always be our top choice to stay when in Steamboat. Our team looks forward to staying next year during the Mountain Magic tournament. We were definitely spoiled. Thanks so much!

We had 16 family members in this home for eight wonderful nights. The home is gorgeous, spacious, completely stocked with everything you need and the homeowners are gems. Great floorplan and decor. The view out of the large family room window is breathtaking. We would HIGHLY recommend renting this home - Great for large groups and close to slopes.

We had 3 families (13 people)to rent this house for the week of 2/3/08-2/10/2008. This house was very nice and had plenty of space for our group. Everything you need is provided. I have never stayed anywhere that provided as much as this place. The location is close to the slopes and in a nice area. We would highly recommend rentingthis house. We hope to stay in it again. The home was immaculate and close to town. We had a wonderful time. And the owner was a pleasure to work with.
Steamboat was great! The temps were a bit warmer than anticipated, which led to some GREAT spring skiing. Last night, I was talking with one of my boys and asked them if they've been thinking a lot about our trip since we returned and they said absolutely, every day! The house and its spaciousness was fantastic. This was the first time we've taken a ski trip where our youngest can ski all day without needing a chaperone. That includes taking the bus back after a day of skiing.
Thanks again for sharing your home with us. It made the experience that much more special.
Review #4105048 from extended family of 11 from Texas:
"Hard to top this house!
Our experience in renting vacation homes spans over 20 years....but this house had it all. The house was exactly as described....the view was spectacular and Steamboat Springs had so many activities that our family kept busy for the entire 10 days! Would love to visit again!"
"Can words say enough???" from Hanna of Oswego, IL
"We had the privilege of spending a week at this location in Steamboat Springs and were completely stunned when we arrived. The bedrooms were not only huge but beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you would need or want for a vacation. The kitchen really stood out to us as it had tons of space and again was perfectly equipped right down to the muffin tins (It has three sinks and garbage disposals!)! It was the perfect setting for our family reunion and the location was breath-taking with beautiful mountains, lovely valleys, and gorgeous homes all around us! We had a houseful but it seriously didn't feel crowded even one time. Oh, and my father-in-law is a paraplegic and was fine getting around there in his wheelchair, something that was important to us. Basically, this was a dream vacation home for us. And the best thing about it was that the owner made everything so easy - answered all our questions, even while we were there - also arranged to send something to us that we had left there!"

The house is beautiful, very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owner has provided alot of extras that you don't normally find in a vacation rental. The owner is very helpful and provided tons of information about things to do, restaurants and activities. The location was very convenient. Close to town, and only a few minutes to 2 grocery stores. You feel close to everything, but still in a quiet neighborhood. Our group of 16 was quite comfortable. The kids loved the downstairs rec room, and the loft was a nice bonus area to read a book and enjoy the view. The bedrooms were great-each with a private bath. Even with 16 people, you didn't feel like you were on top of each other. Steamboat was great in the summer--lots to do and see. We had a fantastic time. We'll definitely be back!

From a party of 8 adults & 4 children from Lafayette, CO.:
I wanted to let you know what a wonderful family gathering we had at your lovely home.
The kids loved the bunkroom and all the adults thought the bedrooms with their own baths was perfect. We had lots of room and it never seemed like anyone was on top of each other.
We were able to find everything we needed in the kitchen and we cooked in every night with lots of room for everyone to help prepare the meals.
Thank you so much for adding to our family gathering and we hope to return to Steamboat again."

"DREAM SKI VACATION FOR LARGE FAMILY"
from Cheryl S., Grosse Pointe, Michigan
This lovely mountain view home accomodated our large extended family very comfortably. Everyone loved the convenient hot tub off the living room (and we were glad not to have to go through someone's bedroom as is often the case). The very large and well-equipped kitchen with big island and counter seating worked well for multiple cooks at the same time. The separate large butler pantry with sink and extra fridge was a great bar/coffee area. We seated 10 adults comfortably around the extended dining room table. It was great to have the rec room with 2nd large-screen TV downstairs for the kids to play and to leave the Wii we brought set up. Very good beds and linens and the house was very clean. Owner and onsite property manager were both nice, helpful, and everything went smoothly from first inquiry to check-out. Exceptional rental opportunity.
THANKS AGAIN, CHERYL
Well we are back home and we just wanted to let you know what a delightful home you have. It was spacious, very well decorated and wonderfully supplied. Your house was also very convenient to the shuttle which made getting around a breeze. Unfortunately the snow was only so-so but your warm and beautiful home make the vacation a real treat for all of us. Thanks so much for all the information you sent us and for staying in contact. Great customer service as well as a wonderful abode. We will recommend it to anyone we know thinking of going to Steamboat Springs. Again thanks for providing such a relaxing and beautiful space.
