This is a private residence located within the Trump Hotel located at 15811 Collins Ave. Centrally located in an area perfect for families, Trump Tower III features all amenities including gym, spa and valet. Enjoy the infinity-edge pool, cabanas, lounge chairs and beach service. The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit is nothing short of spectacular with breathtaking full ocean views and expansive balconies.

THE SPACE:

– Separate 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a half, full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer & balcony.

– Spacious 1974 ft² (183 m²) of living space.

– Full Ocean & City view. Corner unit. Faces: Southeast.

– Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium amenities for your personal needs (just as a hotel would).

– Entertainment amenities within the unit include LCD TVs, Bose sound, Cable, high-speed wireless Internet.

GUEST ACCESS:

– When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself in the wonderful hotel amenities which include luxurious pools, white sand beach, Spa, Valet service, and a Fitness Center.

RENTAL POLICIES:

– Check-in time: 4:00pm, Check-out time: 11:00am.

– Travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost.

– LRMB will require terms & conditions agreement to be signed and return within 48 hours of booking, along with a copy of your identification and the CC used to book the unit. The reservation will be considered pending until the contract is returned. The agreement will be sent to the email address under which the reservation was made. Only the person whose name the reservation is under will be permitted to check-in. No other guests or representatives will be permitted to check-in without the licensee named in the reservation contract.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

– One complimentary valet parking spot available.

– Due to the time involved in the association approval process, booking must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the check-in date for this property.

– There is a $100.00 application fee per occupant, and all applications must be in 14 days before the date of check-in.

– Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. If a pet is permitted, there will be a non-refundable $300 fee per pet, per stay and an additional refundable pet deposit required.

– Bookings over 6 days will require a mid-week clean of $175 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the unit. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.

– Licensee is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary condominium operator.
