Do you like to vacation in comfort and luxury? Then welcome to our fabulous, Bermuda-style three level home in the exclusive Bermuda Bay, Surfside Beach, South Carolina. Our "Tommy Bahama" style, custom decorated vacation home will be the perfect home for your family vacation. Our 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home can sleep 11-15 people comfortably.

Bermuda Bay is part of the private gated community of Oceanside Village. Bermuda Bay was a recent winner of the prestigious "Parade Of Homes" by the Horry County Home Builders Association. This beautiful resort-style community is located just south of Myrtle Beach and minutes from Murrells Inlet, Litchfield and Pawley's Island. A fantastic place for children. Extremely safe so they can run and play.

We offer both weekly and long term rentals that include the use of our personal golf carts. We have 2 standard size golf carts. See the golf cart page for pictures. We also have 4 bicycles for your use.

We have the perfect home for the "snow-birds", offering a complete living area on the 1st floor of our home. Come see all that our community has to offer, we are sure you won't be disappointed.

The first two floors have fully-equipped kitchens, living and dining rooms. The first floor has a large patio, 2nd floor has a large master deck both overlooking stocked lakes and a beautiful lighted fountain in a tranquil setting. The front porch overlooks lake and fountain across the street. This home can be rented in its entirety for a large or multiple family or divided for a smaller family vacation.

Kitchens include microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker and have beautiful cabinets and Corian counter tops.

Area Information
Just outside the buzz and hum of Myrtle Beach, and north of Murrells Inlet, lies Oceanside Village. This private community rests on 144 acres between Business 17 and the oceanfront. It offers its residents the best of fresh water and oceanfront recreation and relaxation.

Location is always key to create a pleasing environment and Oceanside Village has a location that accentuates its quiet atmosphere and pleasing setting for recreation. Yet residents also find the nightlife and shopping of Myrtle Beach and the restaurants of Murrells Inlet close by. It is a miles walk in either direction to Garden City pier or Surfside pier.

A large private gated parking lot located between Ocean Boulevard and the beach for the exclusive use of residents of Oceanside Village is often as full of up to 200 golf carts, which is the favorite mode of transportation for the community, as the 120 automobiles it can provide space for. Adjacent to the lot and on the oceanfront is one of the favorite local restaurants. The Conch Cafe, which features an ocean view outdoor dining and a lounge.

Amenities were and are the first in the plans of developers of Oceanside Village. A large outdoor swimming pool with a newly built covered patio and restrooms complements the wide sandy beaches of the Grand Strand. For those who enjoy year-round water activities, there is a large indoor pool with showers and lockers. Next to this indoor pool is the outdoor recreation area with 4 lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, and for the "real energetic" a volleyball court. A large grassy activity area includes a back stop for baseball and softball.

Located in the midst of this activity is the new playground for the young and young at heart. All the equipment was chosen for its safety and appeals to all ages.

Evening and daily planned activities take place in the community club house. The club house includes a library maintained and operated by volunteers from the village.

For those who simply want to take in nature and enjoy the outdoors, there are six lakes, two with fresh-water fishing areas.

A 24-hour private security company controls the main entrance and patrols the community, offering residents safe and secure surroundings.

In addition, there are golf courses, shopping centers, water parks and a plethora of other activity within a ten to twenty minute drive of the village.

So, when you get a "notion to head for the ocean," come and see for yourself how surprisingly affordable life at the beach can be - at Oceanside Village.

Here in Oceanside Village we are able to utilize golf carts for transportation around the community. We have golf cart parking at the beach, pools and other locations throughout the community.
