House needs maintenance

May 29, 2014

Compared to the other houses in the neighborhood this house was the least maintained. This house needs to be worked on and the sheets were dirty.

Toes in the Sand

December 4, 2013

We were very pleased with the home. It met all our needs. We went to visit family for Thanksgiving. My uncle said it was an excellent home for the area and for the rental price. We were very comfortable staying there and will consider it again when we go back. The owner was very helpful and we were pleased how everything was handled. The home was wonderful !

Owner's reply:

Thank you for the kind words! We want our home to truly be a home away from home.

great location

March 16, 2012

awesome location, easy access to restaurants, shops etc. plenty to do inside the 'village' from free yoga to the indoor pool. However, this unit did not have central heal but old fashioned window heat/ac units, 2 of which did not work. i understand this is supposed to be fixed in the spring.

A Great Place to Vacation...

June 22, 2011

We loved this place. It was just what a beach house should feel and look like. It was a older house that they have fixed up and decorated to a cozy beach house feel. Everything was there that we needed from a can opener to a large pot for cooking. Plenty of towels and ocean fun toys. Magazines and books. The outside has a nice little deck with BBQ grill and table and chairs. The gated community people were welcoming. My husband taught the water aerobics class the week we were there. The home is set up to house many people. The ocean is just down the road and with your entrance card you can park next to the best restaurant and ocean front at the same time. Remember to get your card from the office before 5:00 on Sat because they are closed on Sun. If you get locked out of the bathroom the key is on the main house key chain. There is an outside shower for sandy children and a large trash bin all of your own. The play ground is also great and it is just a few seconds away next to the indoor pool. The outdoor pool is only a little bit further. We are thinking of moving here in the next couple of years. We also visited the Boardwalk. This is a great place to go. But must be driven to. Go on hwy 17 to 3rd street where the boardwalk begins. We rode the Large farris wheel and rode the rides. Best vacation every.

The resort had stopped having activities so there was nothing for the kids to do. I booked this property because of the activies in the community. It was an affordable house with campground amminities. All the amminities were closed for the season. The house was big and there was lots of room. The decorations were nice. The airconditioner did not even come close to cooling the house. There were 3 or 4 window units and it was hot all the time.
