Completely renovated January 2009. New carpeting, paint, floor tiles, vanity & sink. Huge 20 x 18 covered barbeque area with patio table and chairs overlooking greenery and creek. 5 minute walk to all amenities in Fraser Heights Village. 10 minute drive to Skytrain (rapid transit to downtown Vancouver) 5 minutes to Guildford Shopping Center. Great highway transportation routes. Quiet location with easy access to transportation routes, shopping, recreation and more ! It's like a home away from home.

Nestled on a no-thru street in an upper middle class neighborhood next to a creek. Nestors grocery store offers all the big store products without the big line ups. Full produce, delicatessen and meat dept. In-store postal outlet. Plaza offers numerous coffee shops, pharmacy, Scotia Bank, Pho, Sushi, Pizza, burgers, sandwich shops.

Great location

My family of 4 just stayed here and thought that this was a great place to stay. The covered patio was a great place to hang out and relax , the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The location was perfect, you can easily walk to a Starbucks, a small grocery store and a few local restaurants. It is just around the corner from Hwy 1, which while we were there had a lot of construction around the off/on ramps which made travel slow through the area, but once that passes it will be much better. We would stay there again.
