Description of the Tagbilaran vacation villa rental
This recently completed Villa, is referred to by the Australian Owners as "The Jungle Retreat".

The Residential buildings are situated on 4,000 square metres of Tropical Forest with many ancient Trees and Plants.

The Villa consists three separate buildings, set around the swimming pool and all connected by a timber deck of exotic wood.

The Great Room is 140m2. All rooms have ceiling fans, and polished concrete floors, which are attractive, low maintenance and durable. Under the 12 metre high soaring ceiling, is also housed a guest bathroom, with magnificent marble benches, and an adjoining kitchen with large walk in pantry. The kitchen is modern and large, and enclosed with a fire rated ceiling and walls. It has all modern and new appliances. Solid timber mahogony doors, designed by the owners and custom made, separate the different zones in this building

The second building overlooking the swimming pool is 60 m2. This is the Master also has 6 metre high ceilings inside, finished in native materials, with the added comfort of hardiflex ceilings for fire rating, and double insulation, it also features ceiling fans, and split system air conditioning. Tinted glass sliding doors lead out onto the deck and ensuite bathrooms, featuring local stone and american standard sanitary ware and plumbing, are located here in the master suite. A huge walk thru wardrobe, provides plenty of space for clothes and also has access to cable TV.

The third building, also air conditioned and with the same ceiling and roof as the master suite, has three separate rooms with a large bathroom. Presently these rooms are used as TV room, guest bedroom and office, but can easily be utilized as three extra bedrooms.

Each Building overlooks the swimming pool and deck area.
The building style has incorporated many local Philippine Materials and all the roofing is Nipa (a local Grass product). The two buildings that house the bedrooms have a four layer roof, with Nipa, Insulation, Fire resistant Hardie Board and Banig (a woven matting material) this allows the property to keep the local feel and tradition with the added benefit of these rooms being Fire Rated by the Fire department.

Much of the furnishings have been imported from Australia and are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. All plumbing has been done to strict Australian Standard and design.

The buildings are Architect designed specifically to suit the natural environment, and to take advantage of the cool breezes and views that the property offers.

The pool is 10m x 4.5 metres and the deck area is about 200 m2.

The property boasts its own deep water well, with water that is very clear and drinkable, it also has its own private power transformer designed to provide stable power to the for the pool and the well are American manufactured.
