In order to book the condo a Reservation Fee of USD 100 is required in order to secure the booking payable on reservation, this is deductible from the rental.
Payments may be made via CASH to my Property manager in Manila, Credit Card or e-check via PAYPAL account, Bank Transfer or Western Union
As is our policy this Reservation fee is non refundable in the event of cancellation of your booking
On payment of Reservation fee, a Receipt and Booking confirmation and Arrival procedure will be made via email
The Balance must be received 2 weeks before the arrival date or at the time of reservation
In the event that you make your booking less than 2 weeks of your planned occupancy date, both Rental fee and Security bond must be paid in full amount in 1 payment
We cannot turn over the keys until the guest has paid the balance of the total amount in full (Rental fee and Security bond)
Failure to receive the Full payment on time, the booking will be treated as cancelled.
The Security Bond is Fully Refundable and held until after your occupancy, allowing time for condo audit. Deductions will be made for any damages or missing items.

From the time we made our reservations and downpayment, the owners were very accommodating and we really are taken cared of. This is the only time I would say we got more value for what we paid for. Everything is provided for. From toilet paper to black bag for garbage to 2 (5 gals.) safe drinking water to complete appliances in the kitchen, laundry with ironing board and flat iron . No need to call owner for anything else! And I appreciate it very much that she prepared directories of basic services: plumbing, electrician, police, guardhouse, admin office, and restaurants and other services such as laundromats, spa LPG deliveries, house rules, etc. all filed in a clearbook. The owner has that personal touch where they've already provided for all the things as if they themselves are the one's living in the unit. And what's very uncommon that we noticed: NO FLIES, COCKROACHES, NOT EVEN ANTS can be seen anywhere in the building. All of these for an incredibly low weekly rates! As what she always end her text messages, I would say the same to you Lorena, Best Regards. And looking forward for more businesses in the future.
