To be paid at least 2 weeks before intended stay.
NOT Refundable in case of cancellation or loss/damage of propery. Refundable on the check-out date upon full inspection of the unit without any loss/damages.
Please note that the quoted rates are in US Dollars there maybe some difference due to fluctuating exchange rates.
To book the condo a Reservation Fee is required in order to secure the booking payable on reservation, this is deductible from the rental.
Payments may be made in CASH to me/my property manager or via Bank Deposit, PAYPAL, Bank Transfer or Western Union.
The Reservation fee is non refundable in the event of cancellation of your booking
On payment of Reservation fee, a Receipt and Booking confirmation and Arrival procedure will be made via email
The Balance must be received upon check-in
In the event that you make your booking less than 1 week of your planned occupancy date, both Rental fee and Security bond must be paid in full amount in 1 payment
We cannot turn over the keys until the guest has paid the balance of the total amount in full:

Failure to receive the Full payment on time, the booking will be treated as cancelled.
The Security Bond is Fully Refundable and held until after your occupancy, allowing time for condo audit. Deductions will be made for any damages or missing items.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in your South of Market unit. The amenities were great, the apartment nicely furnished, the view phenomenal, and the location extremely convenient. It was also a pleasure dealing with you on the arrangements.We anticipate being back later this year, around September, for an extended stay, and hope your place will be available.

I love this place..This unit is equipped with all the amenities necessary for short and long term vacations. The location is close to good restaurants and grocery stores. It's a five minute walk to Market Market Mall with all the fresh fruit and veggies you can handle...I would highly recommend this condo unit. It's clean and well-maintained, in a great location, and the owner, Ms.Orange, is incredibly helpful host. The view from the condo is splendid and the staff very helpful and hospitable. Thanks again for being so nice.
