Fantastic View of Camelback Ski Slopes! Our townhouse is situated in the Prestigious Four Seasons at Camelback / NORTHRIDGE Station development, just 2 minutes away from Camelback/Camelbeach. Our 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath Townhouse is fresh, clean and airy. One of the newest houses in Northridge (built December 2003). There is nothing old in our house! Our townhouse is in the great location on Maple Court. Best street in Northridge Station, known for it's wide street and fantastic views of the slopes! - Pet Friendly

Upstairs, the Master Bedroom has a King sized bed and sliding glass door leading onto a deck with two Adirondack Chairs & table. Enjoy the tranquility as you sit and relax. Also, upstairs is another bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom.

On the main floor, the Family Room has all new furniture, with a Queen-sized sofa bed and a wood burning fireplace! Along with the TV, you have a Digital DVR where you can record your shows, rewind and pause live tv! There are speakers inside and out for the stereo, IPOD ready. A sliding glass door off the dining room goes onto the oversized deck, with 6 reclining chairs, a large table and a Weber BBQ Gas Grill. Also, on the main floor is the 3rd Bedroom, Dining Room, Kitchen and Bathroom.

Downstairs, there is the 4th Bedroom, large Living area (with 2 loveseats and one sofa bed) and the 3rd bathroom with a full sized washer and dryer. The sliding glass door goes onto the oversized deck with a gate opening into a small yard area. GameCube, video games with two controllers and MANY board games are downstairs. The grown ups could have peace and tranquility while the kids play downstairs. Priceless! LOL

You will receive a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, dishwashing liquid, soaps and even laundry detergent!

In the summer, you have the scenic view of the valley, in the front and the private decks in the back. You cannot help but relax and take in the mountain air with the beautiful scenery!

Our community has an outdoor heated full length swimming pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), plus kiddie pool, and tennis courts just a minute drive or 5 minute walk away (small fee applies for pool). Do not be surprised to see wildlife along the way to the pool/tennis courts. You can come across wild turkey and deer.

In the winter, you have a fantastic view of the Camelback Ski Resort slopes, off all the decks! Note that there is Night Skiing on the mountain until 10pm! The mountain is lit up and looks like a giant Christmas tree! Hang out on the deck and take in the beautiful view! Listen to the faint music from the Camelback Ski Resort. Or, sit in the Family Room and look out the big picture window. Absolutely beautiful and surreal! It is truly an experience you will not soon forget. :) Relax at night with the glow of the wood burning fireplace, as you watch the snowflakes from the large picture window!

In conclusion, we have owned our house since the summer of 2005 and have had many beautiful times with family and friends. We have only started to rent in June 2008 and hope to create the same fond memories for you, our renters. It's just not a rental, it's a home away from home.

Our family of 8 had a great vacation ! Claudia's condo is well equipped , clean and welcoming. The beds are all fitted with good mattresses and nice linens. The location of the condo is very convenient to the outdoor pool, tennis courts, water park and the outlet stores. Claudia responds to emails promptly and is very pleasant to work with. We would definitely consider renting again!!

We had a great time at the townhouse. It exceeded my expectations it was well maintained and very clean. The layout was very comfortable and the view of the mountain was great. We would do it again.

Q: What makes your vacation rental special?
A: We believe our VR is special because of the things that it has to offer. We have THREE decks that overlook the ski slopes. There is a basement with a bedroom, living area and full bathroom. The grownup are upstairs with some privacy with the kids having their own living space to play games. There is an air hockey table and a pool table downstairs. Parents are very happy that the kids are not always underfoot and they can have a peaceful conversation. Priceless!
Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: CANCELLATION POLICY - Either party may cancel the reservation up to 60 days prior to the arrival date, with a $200 Cancellation Fee. In the unfortunate event that GUEST has to cancel the reservation, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. For any cancellations over 60 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded, minus a $200 Cancellation Fee and credit card fee, if paid via cc. No refunds will be given for 60 days or less, prior to arrival - your payment will be forfeited, unless it can be re-rented (then refund will occur for amount received from new rental, minus $200 Cancellation Fee). Late cancellation, early departure or shortened stay does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. If the possibility of a cancellation concerns you, please look into trip cancellation insurance. There are several sites online that explain the policies, and offer this service such as InsureMyTrip or TravelGuard. These policies typically cover circumstances like illness, accident, death in the family, etc. Although we are sympathetic to such emergencies altering your travel, YOU are responsible for insuring your trip. It is your money to lose if you cancel, without Trip Insurance. If you have purchased trip insurance, no refund will be given as it would be fraud to collect more than you have paid out. Company will contact me to verify.
